Hello! Thank you for your feedback. Although i can not hear the issues that you brought up I do think I mastered this pretty well balancing both the instrumental and vocals. If you can time stamp which parts so I can get a better understanding of what you mean. Edit: I'm trying to figure out what parts are loud, but I do remember trying to keep the loudness of the song between -4 and -3 LUFS (Since YT has it's own normalization of -10.0 LUFS). I also made sure that the vocals too weren't drowned out and I can hear BF clearly? But it also could be a dynamics over time thing, since I did slam a limiter onto the master; not giving the song enough room to breathe dynamically, but I don't think that's the case because you said the vocals were a loud at the bf singing part so it could just be a mastering issue. But I can hear them clearly??? Thanks <3

@@Aetherixcks It's more noticeable on different types of headphones/earbuds, I was first using my earbuds and I could hear what he was talking about but when I switched to my headphones it was way less noticeable, But I think that's just because the headphones can handle more bass or something idk

@Aetherixcks So, the biggest issue I had with the master off rip was that It was super in your face and kinda punchy, almost like you had ott or something on the master, which isn't "bad" per se, but it gives it this loud, almost treble frequency that is noticeable on more expensive headphones. When BF is singing the actual lyrics, he gets drowned out by the mix, mostly the drums, which is something that's noticeable no matter what headphones you have. Overall, I wouldn't say the master is bad at all, I actually think it kinda fits, but it just has little problems with it that could be easily substituted or even patched with other plugins to really make it work.

It is either one pitch down or up from the original key.

If I remember correctly, I believe I used ample eclipse and hellrazor and Kontakt Serpent for the guitars. I also remember using perfect drums for the drums.

True, I was thinking about redoing this but it's fine as it to be honest. Pretty hard to remix something when it already sounds so good. Thank you ^^

Real though, when I now listen to this remix I kind of cringe at how mediocre it is (now that I can make more advanced stuff). I tried to make it as different from the plethora of Shitno remixes by making it more rhythmic (I guess that didn't work out to well haha). I also necessarily didn't change any chords on the saster part (I probably did a different inversion of a chord from the original song.. that's probably why it sounds different 🤷‍♂️ idk lol) But thank you for your feedback 😁 helps me alot to improve 💪

Also if you don't mind, could you put a time stamp at the section(s) you're referencing so I can have a better understanding of what you mean?

​@@AetherixcksI actually really liked this remix and some of the parts you made, made the song much better (for example how the human goes into the high notes in the middle quiet part, and without it that part sounded more bland and lifeless) and I think trying as much as possible is making the song a lot better because theory and other stuff are important but creativity and having fun with the music is what makes it unique and nice to hear. Btw, sorry for the yap session...
