6.5 is probably the cheapest diesel truck you can get too. A few cheap reliability mods, and like $2,000 in turbo, intake work and you have a peppy budget diesel with cheap parts.

@@ictdpowerstroke4591 No problem man, it's about $4,000 for all the reliability mods + performance stuff, brand new Super 54 turbo kit, exhaust, ARP studs, Duramax fan, Marine Injectors, PMD relocation kit, ECM Tune, S&B Air filter, better Injection Pump etc. Pretty reasonable considering what it costs to fix the tranny in a 2nd Gen Dodge or Delete a Duramax lol.

@@aboveaveragelandscaper6360 those things are flat out fast. I remember my father chipped his 01 F550 with a 7.3, and it would accelerate up steep hills in overdrive. I thought that was fast, until I saw a 6.7 in action. My father knows a guy who got a 6.7 as a company truck because there were no gas engines available, and he said it is quick, gets decent fuel mileage, and is reliable.

That's a typical "misconception"of a Prius. They're actually faster than one thinks of them! Thae electric motor coupled with the no lug changing gears tranny does get up there quicker than anything of the 1.3-1.8l 4 bangers out there. I would know, as I fixed them for a living a drove a ton of them, & changed few people's outlook of them, by flooring them at times of " ahhh damn Prius"....then eyes got BIG & jaws floored 😁
