It isnt force lightning though, Electric Jugdement literally is a Tazers, it's can't kills organics, and it was so much weaker, because force lightning require you to sacrifice a larges ptices for it powers.

Man, PLO Koon was so OG!!! He got the okay to use Force Lightning from the Jedi Council, his species had force abilities all their own that he used like a boss. He could space walk and get down in space haha
