Jouer au CF c'est Ok
Le CrossFit (CF) est un sport. Donc c'est normal de vouloir jouer au CF est ce n'est pas tout le monde qui désire s'entraîner pour le CF.

Best video on the forward roll..5 stars!
It doesn't make you a wimp to wear elbow sleeves or one of those pads when doing this exercise. The pain in the elbows is unnecessary.
i think hes using a fat bar which creattes less pressure on the elbows.i think this is like walking barefoot on the woods...... the more you do the more you get dessensitized

whats harder the forward or backward roll?
This is great. Best I could find. Bit really could've used more ideas about catching the false grip-the timing in particular.
What do you do if you don't have a friend to push you over? lol Looking at this, he doesn't actually do a forward roll without help.

Just got my first forwards roll to support through this tutorial :) it looked painful and choppy but still a fwd roll 2 support YEAH! Thank you! Clue nr1 was to open up the hands to the side nr2 to push hand through during dive to catch the false grip!!!

What kind of Tape are you using on the rings, I keep losing my false grip on mine.
+Ryan McCormack Don't know what they're using but I use climbing tape on mine and it works fine. Just be sure to chalk up too :)

Ryan McCormack if you lose it then you are not strong enough. You need to keep practicing it buddy
Very good video! Nailed it after watching this ... but for people having trouble catching the false grip I suggest to use talc- this way your hand does not slide out of the false grip. PS! This move is quite taxing on the hand's skin so prepare for blisters and calluses- but it's worth it!

Please, i have problems with catching the false grip! Any more suggestion for this? Btw i can do a strict muscle up, so i think i can false grip at least almost properly...!
