Most of this animatic is based on the X-Men Beginnings Trilogy (First Class, Days of Future Past, Apolcaypse) with everything after 1:06 being my sort of "good ending" that I added lol. If you ever get a chance to watch the movies I highly recommend them, but this animatic begins by showing the story of Erik (character in red), a mutant with the power to control metal as he seeks revenge for the murder of his mother. After betrayals and tragedies, he finds himself imprisoned for ten years, and is later freed by his former friend and a new face: Peter Maximoff (character in blue), a 16 year old with superspeed. Once free, Erik attacks a presidential announcement and makes a speech encouraging mutants to rise up and take their place above regular humans. Peter is watching the events unfold from his home alongside his family, and is informed later by his mother that Erik is actually his father. Peter is shocked by the revelation that his father is a mutant criminal, but when Erik goes into hiding after the speech he has no choice but to leave the matter be. The two continue through their own lives for another ten years, until devastating losses spur them both into action. Erik down another spiral of revenge, and Peter on a mission to find his father. When Peter finally confronts the man though he can't bring himself to say the truth. Though originally on opposite sides of a battle, Erik helps the heroes win the day and Peter takes the opportunity to get to know his father better in the weeks that follow. Finally, after picking up the courage, Peter tells Erik the truth, but scarred by so many lost loved ones Erik pulls away in shock and fear. Peter sees his pain and lets him leave without another word, no matter it how much it hurts for both of them in that moment. After the month that follows though Erik reflects on his life: the friends and family he lost, and the ones that were still there, just waiting for him to come home. So promising that he won't fail his son like he failed all the others he couldn't protect, Erik goes back and accepts Peter as his son, much to Peter's relief. Aaaand that's pretty much it! @@SuperHeroTiger Well season 3 was gonna be mutant based as Wanda and Pietro join the team either before or after a fight with Magneto. Then the X-men we’re gonna fight the Avengers as two mutant terrorists just joined them of course by the end the X-men we’re gonna leave but the season would have a House of M episode and then a Dark phoenix episode. One of the creators of the show called the season magic and mutants as it was gonna finish off the Ragnarok story, introduce Dr Strange, Black Knight, and Namor, and then focus on all the Mutant stuff mentioned
