Hey so I've got an issue, I got a six pack from working years of picking up heavy equipment, yet my arms are the size of toothpicks and I've got no pecs, little to no body fat, but I've got the strength, what diet do I follow to gain mass and just have more volume, currently it looks like a thin piece of skin covering physical muscle tissue lol, brother I'm in need of help 💪😬

@@Browerdane I do doubt the natural part. 2 years feels pretty unrealistic for those results.
@@joonashannila8751 I had been working out for 5 years but hadn’t made a lot of progress the first three as I did not have a coach to push me. That first clip was two years ago when I was still definitely underrating and abusing substances. Since leaving my gf and getting clean and eating 4k cals a day I began to hyper respond to the changes. All I’ve been on is creatine 💪💪
I don't understand how that's close to 176g of carbs
Most of the carbs are coming from the blueberry’s, banana, almond butter, the bulk I use, and the oats. Look everything up using my fitness pal app and you should get the same macros depending on your proportions :)
