I felt so disappointed and so raged for hating this movie and talk nonsense of why you hate it bro. And im going to answer all of it because you being an ABSOLUTE BAFFOOON!!

I mean you forget the nature of anxiety as an emotion by itself, it's incredibly strong and controlling. That's how anxiety in the movie got a quick start. It was also established pretty early on as well that it was so put together, always had a plan, and seemed to know everything.

Can we PLEASE normalize a girl wanting to be friends with another girl. Riley doesnt have to be bisexual and it just makes me feel so annoyed when people say that. If that happened it would either end up overdeveloped or underdeveloped. If they did something like that, itd have to be fleshed if they dont want backlash similar to what happened at the end of "The legend of Korra" for example. But if they spend too much time with it, it would just throw off the pacing of the movie. A bisexual MC is just a topic for a different Pixar movie. As a hole, I feel like this video is just a big slap in the face. "Hm, it is really popular to love this movie, so to be original, Ill hate on it!" Classic movie rant. It especially felt that way when you just sidelined how accurate that anxiety attack was for so many people. Ive never had one but with the amount of people saying how relatable it was, id say it worked well. I walked out of the theater and one of the parents in the audience said "So now do you understand what Anxiety is? Which just felt Really wholesome. Lastly, i seriously dont know how you missed the mkst obvious metaphor in the movie. Anxiety literally took over Riley's brain in a short amount of time. They spelt it out for you 🤦‍♂️ Anyways, those are my thoughts on this video, sorry if they came out a little bit harsh

But there was a consequence. Her sneaking in the office portrayed how deviant her actions are to her true self. Because of this her anxiety went out of control leading to dumb decisions like staying up all night, abandoning and hurting her bestfriends, and finally the anxiety attack. At least, thats how I interpreted it from my perspective

Id say the film probably gets the high rating due to its relatability? Many people from many walks of life can relate to at least one thing that happens in the movie. At least I found the creative way of representing abstract concepts like a sense of self etc. into animation something meaningful for me to reflect on. But great to hear other perspectives as well :)

I enjoyed this video. I found the crisp sounds of crunching on the chickens fried flesh to be simply delectable. I find solace in the fact that this video has been granted to us (In the year of our lord) 2024 and was able to get through production purgatory caused by the evil corporate overlords. A cinematic triumph, when the pink(?) pencil broke I was heartbroken. To see our protagonist recover and come home after such tragedy was heartwarming. Bravo. 👏

If you heard Peter Jackson's interviews he makes it quite clear he didn't want to use what was already in "Let It Be" because he had respect for the original movie and director. "Get Back" was always meant to be a companion to "Let It Be" not an extended version.

Get back was a fantastic documentary, and I think Let It Be does a good job at showing a small glimpse into their process, it’s entertaining but I do agree that Get Back is the definitive way to look into the context of the recording session for the album, especially how we get to learn what is going on behind the scenes, compared to LIB where it was constructed shortly after the album release with the average viewer from the time having a better understanding of the process than someone as young as myself would automatically. Though I will say, LIB visually looks miles better than GB, I am not fond of the so called “restoration” process done to 16mm motion picture film stock. It is not too distracting, takes some time to get used to it but the footage should’ve been left alone as is. I give LIB a point in such regards Great video! Never thought about comparing the two documentaries. Have a great day good sir

I feel the majority of your criticism so far of Let it be is that it is supplemental to the Beatles, instead of dragging you through them. This is, in part, because at the time it was meant as beatles fan content, what where the viewers were expected to know this shit because they were living it out along side the boys themselves. Unfortunatelseverl years have passed. What has occurred since is the forgetting of that once living mmomery, and as such Get Back had to recontextualise the events. Your 'wanting to watch this docmunetary for a while' implies your position of a Beatles Fan. Your confusion at the events (of which Get Back should have informed you. I wonder how you forgot) betrays your non-Beatle fan nature. I would ask you to reconsider your implied hideous opinoin on Yoko Ono before I finish watching the video, as I have seen far to many people dismiss her out of hand and I do not fell the need to watch more 'content' by these ridiculous anti-art "spoonfeed me plese" childern. I started watching Let It Be, but I quickly switched to Get Back because, as you said, there is so much more in Get Back.

Let It Be is kind of a McCartney promo The songs on the album were showcased live on Let It Be... even if in the studio... I guess back then, we knew it was the Beatle rehearsing to do a show and it fell through... the film was an attempt to recreate the original plan of rehearse new songs and play them live. I recently watched it on Disney+. I have to agree with your assessment. Maybe the quality of the remaster is better, but I basically saw a promo for McCartney lol
