In this episode of clapped to gapped we install a CES copper spacer, and cutring gasket, along with a set of ARP headstuds. A Stewart waterpump makes it into the mix as well.
We also go over what is hopefully the remainder of what's needed for parts which include:
Pulsar 3076 G2 turbo
Tial MVR 44mm wastegate
Tons of sensors from FCPEURO
Radium Fuel rail / fuel pressure regulator
Garagistic chassis mount shifter and bushings
Turner ignition coils

Vibes is an insane event that happens once a year at Erie Speedway in Erie PA. The grid is almost always open, and everyone participating is a high caliber grassroots driver. This video is helping me figure my own turbo situation out on that exact engine. I’m so overwhelmed though
The motor is completely together and working perfectly, I’ll have to do a follow up. There can be a lot of moving parts. It helped me to organize as much as I could ahead of time.

Am gonna miss theses events i been going to them for a while and was the only way to get my drift fix without going really far but hopefully were ever you guy's go next i can be there for it was fun getting ride alongs and watching you guy's put on a great show! And was able to go on the event on the 29th.

Made me a bit teary-eyed. This was my first year drifting, and even though I only made it to two events, I already made a few great friends. The tail end of the video with people's faces simply showed me a bunch of people who showed me kindness whenever I was struggling to figure out how to do a transition on a part of the track. People who helped me learn how to use a tire machine. My only regret is that I didn't get to drive with these fine men and women more this year. But hey, here's to next season <3

We were up there twice this year, we had a really great time. Our grand kids drift and we did a ride along. NEDCO is indeed a family and a family sport. The way racing started NASCAR, real people were driving. I hope NHMS has a change of heart and welcomes NEDCO back soon. Keep up the family and friends drifts, we had a great time. By the way, not one ounce of trouble with all the people there. A real fun time.

Amazing tribute to an even more amazing group of people. Nedco isn't in S3, nedco isn't in the media, the spectators, the breakfasts, lunches and dinners, or even the drivers. Nedco is a SPIRIT that lives in the hearts of every person who's life its changed over the years. I never even got the chance to drive the lot, and this thing that's greater than all of us has changed my life and that of so many others in a way that can't be put into words. We've created a family. So its not a heres to the end, its a here's to JUST THE BEGINNING!!!❤️

How much boost can the stock motor take boosted
If it is BONE stock with no headstuds etc done, If I had to guess no more than 8-10PSI on pump 93. Stock studs aren't great for boost.

Yeah the borg 257 seems to be a great fit for these. And the RSI mani is a quality part. Very seldom if ever see people complain about em.
If you live near e85 400-500 should be pretty easily do-able, even on pump gas 400 shouldn’t be too hard. Definitely not an expert though. As far as mine I’m not exactly sure, I was thinking in the smaller end just to reduce latency, probably no bigger than .82, more more realistically like a .63/.68. Probably will dig into it a little harder when it comes time to plop one on!

@@SpiralDrift I spun a rod bearing in my N54 the day after you posted this. Catastrophic. If you mess with the bearings in this engine, please be sure it's done right! That intake manifold is nuts, and I love it. Exhaust manifold is sick as well.
