That’s not chili 🤣
It's called old fashioned chili sauce, not the chili of today with beans and meat. This is more of a condiment.

I just use a plain old fashioned kitchen knife
This just works easier for me
Another way is to just put a cup of water 💧 n the cutting board, because the fumes and stuff that make you cry are attracted to the water and usually the nearest source is your eyes, unless you make a closer one.
