@@scots-pinaywandererThank you. We are glad our grandfather survived the war and all in all his time in British P.O.W. Camp was quite okay. My Polish grandfather was less lucky in German P.O.W. Camps. I do a lot of family research an I try to visit the places of their WW2 destiny.

That's truly interesting what you are doing. I find history fascinating, and my husband and I, both ex military, and I enjoy visiting historical sites.
