CROSS THE LINE DANCING - HOUSTON is a line dancing group in Texas with local classes at the Bellaire Rec Center and St. Martin's Episcopal Church. This Channel is a collection of some of our demo & teach videos, to be utilized by our students for learning purposes and to exhibit some of the choreography of our members. All content on here is FREE for public use. Credit for the video creation and content is attributed to Britt Beresik, and Cross The Line Dancing - Houston. We do not own rights to any of the music utilized in the videos. Music can be purchased on iTunes and Amazon Music.

Miles On It -line dance for kids teach
Miles On It is a popular line dance written by Andrew Hayes. This adaptation of Andrew's choreography is to help make the same dance more accessible to absolute beginner line dancing kids of all ages. This version faces the front (12:00). It has no restarts like the original dance. The Coaster steps are simplified into "cha cha cha" steps. The Jazz box at the end is omitted with a 2nd V step in place. The drag is done without the need for a back rock.
With these simple changes, it is not difficult to eventually "grow" into the original choreography.

I’m so sorry- I wish I could. UA-cam has the right to silence videos with music if they want. Unfortunately if I re-record, it’ll likely be muted again the second time once a song has been identified. It can pose a risk to my account as well. I can only wish that they lift the block and the sound returns one day- that’s happened to a couple of my videos on Facebook

The dance is actually called BACK TO COPPERHEAD ROAD! It's on Copperknob with the tags.
I’m sorry but looking at that dance- it is not the same and the tags are different. The closest dance is Copperhead Road-AZ (Although the 1st 8 count is still even different than this one as I explain in the video)

I actually did dance it to Hotel California at the end of this video- unfortunately it was muted by UA-cam due to copyright. Not super helpful but one suggestion- If you play the music at home with this video started together it could work.
