How to reuse a broken Thread Cutter for the Lathe
Переглядів 54310 місяців тому
Thread cutters are a really useful tool, but unfortunately they are very brittle and tend to break under a little more pressure. But today I'm going to show you how I reuse my broken taps by using them as knives for my metal lathe. Build a Portable Air Tank from Scratch: 10 Bar Pressure!
What type of hub is that and where can I buy one?
Congratulations, very cool! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻.
Watching this in awe as a grown 30 year old man I feel like a kid. Wow what’s that for? Then woaaahhh when he shows it installed. Bad ass bike.
I have a Pick Up Hitch installed on my Massey Ferguson 675 tractor. I can adjust its height using the tractor's hydraulic lift system.
Your solution with the pick up hitch is very good, my neighbor has the same system on his IMT 533. I often use my wood chipper together with my trailer and that's why it was important to me that the trailer has its own hydraulic lift system. This means you can let the wood chipper go up and down without having to unhook the trailer. You can see what I mean here in the video: ua-cam.com/video/fN6bTbbzohg/v-deo.html
@@red-factory I think that even in a situation like the one shown in the video, I would be able to lower and raise the wood chipper and hitch a trailer while the chipper is still hooked up. I don’t have a video of my tractor, but in the video below, there is an MF 255 with an identical hitch to mine. The only difference is that my tractor has a factory-installed, fully enclosed cab, and I release the hitch using a handle located inside the cab. This handle is connected to the hitch via a Bowden cable. ua-cam.com/video/rwQqesvt6-g/v-deo.html
@@Ntwadumela1 This is a really ingenious system in the video shown, I understood how the whole thing works, as soon as the trailer is lifted the mechanism clicks into place and the hydraulic system is free again to move it up and down separately. On my neighbor's tractor, the pick up hitch is permanently connected to the hydraulics and so the trailer is always being moved up and down, which is why I didn't like that for my application. Thank you for showing me this, I really like the system, maybe I will build something similar for my tractor in the future.

Фокус в том чтобы не ломать бензопилу, а сделать привод на велосипед через её рабочую шину и цепь! То есть установил петляющей стороной в модуль велосипед зажал болтом и поехал!
Awsome bro
good job! , I really like that you restored almost all the parts and only bought a few new. I particularly liked the trick of cutting the steel cabel with the welder, very cool solution.
Its a 2 stroke it'll need an expansion chamber for back pressure and that sweet 2t sound we all like ... make an expansion chamber exhaust as v2 of this bike
Dont touch rectificated surfaces please
Hi bro how are you doing. Man you are really awesome to be able to do this man really i appreciate you for letting me see you doing this
Looks like it needs more Torq and Better Brakes,.....but otherwise Very Impressive. At the sake of all that Fab, its hard to beat the smiles per dollar of a CRF110, Kfx110, or Yamaha TTR110....with built in electric start, Suspension., and fenders....😉
You don't know, How' to Weld' . . Do you? I've Never seen Tack' welding the Whole Weld' like that! Because..its called Tack' Welding.. for Reason! Which means.. that's all that you can do'! Yes? Its kool' Relaxe'.. it works! 😊nyah ha...
Annoyingly loud and polluting...what's not to love?
This is amazing! Thanks for sharing this video. I'll make one in the future too.
Well the video was good until the stupid music
I can't stand I can't stand these silent videos if a person cannot explain to me what they're doing and why and with what materials then forget it I'm not interested
This was terrific. I laughed at the drill bit flopping in the lathe-but I learned something, never thought about that. Another thing was using the welder to cut the cables-beats bolt cutters and the lead sinks on the end. I would have used a twist throttle from a motorcycle scrapyard instead of the lever, and put the rear brake on the left foot, though.
to compilcated formthe result
C'est idiot, mais sympa et rigolo.
Great work and colour, saved from the hands of a butcher.
Genius with the 3 gear hub. Hell the whole bike is tight.
After 8 minutes, I have no idea what you are doing except random cutting and welding flashes. A little explanation eould help. Maybe another time.
If they offered me this bike, which was made in the last century, as a gift, I would refuse it because it is complicated to manufacture and its spare parts are not available in case it breaks down. The channel owner’s concern is to gain views and his purposes in the bike are purely commercial.
That dirt dobber welding drives me crazy.😡
Your fab skills are very amazing, nice welds, nice cleaning, like woah!! Incredible build!! 🎉🎉
give a man a grinder and a tig welder and some scrap metal you have a happy man and a mode of transport, give the same things to a woman and you have a miserable person who has nowhere to store her shoes and frocks,
Gearing drive is overly complicated 😂
Gifted. Comment from the Philippines
The amount of creativity and effort putted into this masterpiece! I am amazed of the final results, definitely something that I enjoyed watching! Great work!! 😎🤪
nice but your air cleaner should be up behind the handlebars ... or ya just gonna get mud in junk spray that said ya got skill making things fit nice looking 👍
Illegal in the uk .
For anyone thinking of doing a similar bike- get something with at least "V" brakes, those caliper brakes are barely able to stop a pedal bike, no less something that goes fast. Stopping is far more important than anything else.
Chain guards would be a good safety addition.
GOOD JOB 👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿
You put a ton of metal on this bike! how much did it weigh when you were finished?
This is fucking cool. I'm not a metalworker but this is extremely inspiring. With some decent but totally accessible tools and more knowhow you can fabricate so much. I forget that things can just be made. Like the muffler I would have though you had to modify a different one. Thanks for posting. Very cool. And very easy to see all the steps come together.
Nice work, but I would suggest that maybe he learned how to Tig Weld for some of the more delicate work.
Cool, I put a mccolugh 1010 on a 3 speed 20' applo, it scared me 64mph was as I ever had it,40 years ago
DUDE I'VE BEEN DOING SHIT LIKE THIS MY WHOLE LIFE, I WAS SURPRISED BY THE LITTLE BRACKETS AND THE FUNCTION OF MOVING PARTS YOU MADE! YOU'RE A SMART GUY. GOOD WORK AND KEEP TINKERING'' LOL..😉
He really did go all in didn't he?
Very nice restoration!
#MuchBetter if you use a grinder machine motor for bigfat mountainbike as electrict motor for more max speed travel up to 150 speed and smooth run on the road, try it now my suggest
Damn super impressive ! You are very skillfull awsome bike and video
Dude. This is Bad A$$. I mean it would be way too difficult for the average Joe to build this but if you were to come up with a basic "universal" kit I bet this would go over quite well. You can pick up chain saws really cheap. Garage sales, flea market, etc. Even new ones are on sale a lot. So if one craps out it would be cheap to replace. I would love to put one on my E-Trike as a back up. The Harbor Freight engine's are way too big for my tastes. You have mad skills bro.
A Thing of Beauty!~ my brother 😉
Can it be ridden in public roads?
How about a free energized mountain bike
Too dumb to wear a helmet though. That’s a shame.
You good
