Great interview with great insights kudos to Danger and Pari. As Zimbabweans I think we are now so self-centered it's so disheartening. The driving is now so bad and dangerous no one gives each other a chance and driving habits are a reflection of one's character so to have so much chaos in sync says alot about our current society. I think Zinara and the Ministry of Transport need to run adverts on driving etiquette, how did Zimbabwe get here. In other countries when the traffic lights are not working people give each other a chance, like we do on a stop sign but Zim it's chaos, it's embarrassing for a nation of supposed learned people. The Harare municipality police is even worse so aggressive it's shocking. It's worth noting that for Danger going to school did not end up being an exercise of coming out as being the best employee but rather be an entrepreneur. Alot are educated but sit on qualifications not realizing the wealth of knowledge they possess to either help in their family businesses or start their own. The big fight is with our mindsets than anything else, if we fix that all will change. No knowledge goes to waste, the path Danger took of going to St Ignatious, Peterhouse , UCT and EY Articles, makes him have the knowledge of both worlds, he can resonate with both uptown and downtown, audit articles make you know how to work long hours for little pay whilst learning about a variety of industries. Drew road was crazy. Living in Cape Town shifts one's mindset the Harare social scene becomes small playground this explains Mashwede's success.

Great stuff Pari I like listening and watching positive and hearing positive content from Zimbabwe and I have learnt a lot about agriculture in Zimbabwe the past and the resilience of the farmers in Zimbabwe and their achievements and the entrepreneurial journey that those who remained in Zimbabwe took.
