As much as I love Homelander's depiction in this scene (even if it isn't really "in tune" with how he is in The Boys), I do think it's pretty goofy to paint the terrorists as misunderstood victims who "Aren't actually bad people". They were blatantly threatening to kill innocents for no good reason on multiple occasions and were seemingly willing to do so. They even shot at Homelander himself. Like bro if someone TRIES to kill me I'm not gonna give them a slap on the wrist.
