@@shermanandrewlewisjr okay, gotcha, TY, so add tasks and hourly wage to get COGS, then add 3% onto that for supplies. Then 30% or so for margin, got it, TY again for clarification.

@@nayniccc Ok just to be clear it’s 3% of the monthly account amount. This is just customary. Keep track of your numbers and find out if it’s lower or higher. Not all accounts are the same. It’s just an average. You decide how much you want to dedicate to supply expenses.

Yes we do subcontract out the pressure washing. We have a few contractors that we have developed and affiliate partnership with and it has done well.

Ok thank you for your question. In a situation like this I would actually do it myself to make sure that the issues is handled. And also the cleaners are employees. If they were subcontractors then that would be in the agreement for them to fix client issues. If I sent my employees then normally I would put it on their schedule and pay them. Probably not the most profitable way but it’s what I do at this stage. Hope this answers your question.

Absolutely…door to door and cold calling. Cold calling is more time saving. Get yourself list of all businesses in the area that you service, create a script and just call to see if your could give them a free service quote. Hope this helps!!!

Not me but my team...yes they are sweeping or using a dust mop...and mopping with a nuetral floor cleaner everynight.

Very nice I will be starting my dealership starting in March its 2 floors I was skeptiacal about hand mopping every night or I was looking into a compact auto scrubber that I can carry up and down the stairs.
