Must the Winter Come So Soon?
Переглядів 506 років тому
Vanessa's Barber Must the winter come so soon? Night after night I hear the hungry deer wander weeping in the woods, and from his house of brittle bark hoots the frozen owl. Must the winter come so soon? Here in this forest neither dawn nor sunset marks the passing of the days. It is a long winter here. Must the winter come so soon?
likr Jost version best the piano is awful too brittle for the lovely voice.
very fresh
Lovely
why the distracting grandfather's clock hovering under her right ear lobe???
Thanks so much for posting. I have been looking for females singing this charming song and your singing was great. I really like your tone.
Thank you for bringing so much pleasure and beauty into the world.
A beautiful creamy voice bringing out Handel's genius. A lot of personal warmth too.
Lovely voice.
What a gorgeous voice!
Beautiful voice . Piano accompaniment far too loud and aggressive .
Nice girl. Nice voice.
So beautiful.
Hi miss Heide, do you have the piece with written embellishments on the notes? I can't find anything with the embellishments.
Hi I'm going to sing this song on my recital, may i use the accompaniment that you used?
The pianist who collaborated with me is Canadian organist/ pianist Matthew Larkin. You may find high quality accompaniment tracks at classicaljukebox.ca/about-us/
You have a fine, strong voice Heidi .... It sounded good. The trouble lies in the pace of the arrangement. A bit peppier would be good. Look up Irish soprano Margaret Key's version for tempo comparison. :) xx
Miscast/misplaced aria. Not good. Try looking into other Handel reportoire.
A wee bit harsh Emily.... since you- of your own admission on your own page- are just beginning.
She obviously knows this isn't her rep, as this piece is written for tenor. Doesn't mean she can't sing it AND do a damn fine job of it.
You are certainly Incorrect, the beautiful girl is singing at her best
Wonderful heidi!!!!
👏 beautiful
I do certainly agree with Ye
wow, what a great vibrato, neck and big pointy female adams apple you have. Awsome to watch your adams apple fluttering hard in your throat during vibrato.
Amazing Heidi! Wow! So beautiful! I can't believe this is the same girl who flipped off rocks into the river with me in Schladming a lifetime ago! "Truly He taught us to love one another!" Love you and this beautiful gift He has given you!
Thanks Laura! Such fond memories of you and Schladming... it does feel like a lifetime ago! Nice to see on fb all you're doing with your gorgeous family... wish we lived closer!
So true bless you Heidi
Beautiful as always Heidi!
thanks Heidi - beautifully sung
