HOW TO GO TO THE PEAK TRAM FROM CENTRAL MTR STATION:
Starting Point: Central MTR Station
Exit at J2 of Central MTR Station - Once you’re at Central Station, head towards Exit J2. This will lead you out to Chater Garden, a small public park with trees and benches.
Turn right at Chater Garden - After exiting, turn right and walk through Chater Garden. You'll pass by the HSBC Building on your left. This iconic building has escalators that run through the outside of the structure.
Cross Queen’s Road Central - Once you reach the end of Chater Garden, cross the road to the other side of Queen’s Road Central. You'll be near the Bank of China Tower.
Walk past the Bank of China Tower - As you walk, keep an eye out for the tall, triangular Bank of China Tower on your left. It’s one of Hong Kong's most recognizable buildings.
Head up Garden Road - Continue walking straight, and you’ll find Garden Road (a bit of an uphill path). You'll pass St. John's Cathedral on your left.
Follow signs for the Peak Tram - As you go uphill on Garden Road, you will see signs pointing you towards the Peak Tram Lower Terminus. The Peak Tram station is just ahead on your right.
