I have read that about 80% of people have Vit D deficiency - even when I was about 30, I had a blood test and my Vit D level was 3 ! And I live in Florida ! I take 5000 units of D3 along with 100 mcg of K2 - it’s in one gelcap - and my Vit D is usually in the high 50’s, which still isn’t all that high - the K2, I’ve read, helps the D3 absorb better and also directs calcium into your bones & not your arteries - I’m no expert, it’s just what seems to be working for me

Zero or low calcium score in a young person doesn't mean much as plaque hasn't had time to calcify..

Just a pinch or 2, and you're welcome. I had someone who shared this information with me when I was breathless. Cayenne pepper is a great blood thinner. I went to the hospital for a psoriasis I was getting and she took some blood work and she asked me if I was on blood thinners, and I said no, i just use Cayenne pepper under my tongue and also I sprinkle it on my food. She was impressed.

In the Copenhagen City Heart Study, substances used to increase HDL lead to a slight increase in mortality rates. You should read the study. Standard of care is lowering LDL because that's what the studies and clinical results have born out, not raising hdl, especially through supplements.

My husband and i both just recently had the CT scans, and recieved horrible news from both. They told us that we both have heart disease and found several tumors in husbands abdomen . Our lives have been turned upside down from this news. Now, he had to have a stress test to see if his aorta could withstand anesthesia for biopsy, which he is supposed to have next week. We both feel doomed and don't want to die soon but these bills should be the ultimate stress test for us now. Drs dont care if you have the funds for these tests but make you feel like if you dont have them, you will die soon. If husbands biopy comes back bad, then im not bothering to fix my heart because i dont want to live without him. Only found these findings because we changed drs due to the fact that the sr we had woukdnt do anything for us except prescribe statins for years. Gee, thanks medstar for really screwing our lives up

I "enjoyed" this horrific malady for six years ... felt like an earthquake going off in my heart, 4-5 times a week. MISERABLE. Finally had an ablation. Fixed it. Get it! And get Jesus, while you're at it. He is coming soon for his church and you do NOT want to be left here for what's coming.

Totally disagree. Everyone should get one starting at age 40 especially if you have a family history or a poor bloodwork. Stupid to wait for symptoms or a cardiac event which usually ends up killing people.

The Zio patch must NOT be submerged in water or have a water stream directly aimed at it. So no, you SHOULD NOT swim or bathe with it (incorrect advice in the video). It does say this in the manual.

I was having cardiac symptoms for a few years, including palpations, afib (idiocradic). The hospital did a carioversion on me when i was in afib with 220 bpm. several stress tests, ultrasounds, and holters later they found no cause and gave me a script for 81mg asa and 2.5 mg bisoprolol. I am a 30 year old fit guy with no family history of heart disease. please help me!

After watching this video, I saw another video by another cardiologist who puts oats among the top five things to eat for cardiovascular health. It can't be both at once, can it? I appreciate that doctors are artists, not scientists.

We as seventh day Adventist.. Have taught this for well over two hundred years ago we got laughed at a lot. About many things we claimed. We used to try to teach two meals a day, five hours apart fiver hours before bed.. No liquid with meals.. All kinds of stuff... Just to be laughed at...I am so glad drs are backing this up now. About sunlight and all. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ Health is every thing! Some sda still teach this stuff... But many don't now. And you will still get laughed at by many.. But the science is backing it up now and more and more drs are changing their ways.. ❤❤❤❤

We could not agree more!! 😊 My husband had a heart attack in 2019, almost lost him. We moved from KC to our lake home in the Ozarks and never looked back. Thanks to you and your informative messages, my husband is thriving on the supplements you recommend to heart patients. We no longer use conventional meds bc the drs nearly killed him with dosage issues. I have learned that not every heart patient should have the same cocktail. We see a functional med dr now. Thank you from the Ozarks!! ❤

What a horrible take. Tons of data support the use of CT coronary scans to help people decide whether they’re at low risk or high risk of a heart attack. Also, you get more background radiation living in Australia for four months then you do for a modern CT coronary scan.

Can structural abnormalties like progressive Mitral Valve degneration (leaking backwards) cause Atrial fib? Also, besides the tests you list, you don't mention EKG tests as a way to diagnose Atrial Fib. That single test was what the cardiologist used to diagnose me with A-Fib. There was no other test. I'm just asking as a lay person...

A conventional cardiologist just diagnosed me with Afib. a week ago as I went to see my Primary care doctor for shortness of breath. The Cardiologist immediately started me on "Xarelto". anti-coagulant. I would rather not start taking these toxic paharmeceuticals. I'm in my 70s. I would rather go the natural holistic way as you explained with supplements as that is how I have tried to live before this Afib diagnosis began. So should I tell him to "take a hike" and that I am going to use natural alternatie methods, or should I combine the 2 methods? Can you even combine them at all? He was assigned to me by the insurance company and they don't support natural methods. How do you treat people when the power structure of the Medical establishment in conjunction with the insurance companies are pushing the conventional toxic Pharma and invasive surgery methods? Is this "white coat authoritarianism"? If a person is wealthy then they can pay cash for Alt-medicine. Howabout the Cardio-patients who are not wealthy and are at the mercy of Insurance companies and the conventional Medical authorities? The other option is to not comply with the insurance medical path that is usually prescribed and ignore the recomendations. Will then the insurance company deny coverage for not following their step by step conventional treatment plan? Then there is the thing about Strokes with Afib. Hard to know what to do when the insurance companies call the shots. If they recognized natural methods then there would not be such a conflict.

I have to respectfully disagree about asprin. I know without a shadow of a doubt that I have averted a heart attack on at least two occasions by taking asprin. I came very close to calling 911 but didn't have too because of that wonderful drug! The good news about heart disease is it can be reversed with diet, exercise, stress management, supplements and medicine if needed. It's not a death sentence, Thank God!🙏
