Safe Universe
This is an excerpt from a class session held by Jane Roberts in 1975 December 7. She is in trance, and through her speaks the entity who calls himself Seth.
Here Seth speaks about our general beliefs about our world, that it is not safe. To change that, we must change our beliefs about it.
What is inherent in this teaching, is that our world is not one common world, but instead we each have our own, personal reality that is set up according to our beliefs.

This song is one from the musical Oliver made in 1968. In this scene Nancy (Shani Wallis) is creating a little commotion by starting this song, so that she can steal and save Oliver from Bill Sikes (Oliver Reed), the fearsome robber.

Although electromagnetism can be mistaken for being bipolar, as in dipole, our reality functions on an observer-dependent reflective behavior model, coming from a singular unified source: our Feldraum. That essentially means field sphere. You are on level three. Earth is what you would call a bubble. Bubbles make up layers, in the arena and the Feldraum. Layers make up the Feldraum. Acting in the capacity of singular physical size, it is essentially unending. There are no null levels. That means you yourself live in infinite systems, infinite lives, simultaneously, with access to each end every probable self. The way we box our reality into tiny little ridiculous jokes is heartbreaking and hilarious.

I tip my hat to all the dancers and singers because that must of been fun but tiring to do regardless if they were professional at that.

That “Bill, please…no violence!!!” from Fagan is just so heartbreaking. Fagan was a bad guy, but he wasn’t evil. He was just surviving the best he knew how to. But Bill is a different type of bad, being mainly evil to the core. And Fagan knows it. Nancy knew it, too, but she loved him anyway, she didn’t know how to break away. Especially in those days when women had less power than we do now.

This, for me,is not just probably the finest musical ever, but up there with the finest movies ever. True,it has it's dark side. Nancy's murder haunts. But, set in Victorian England, where norms were very, very different gives it some context. Amazingly, every Lionel Bart composition seems to have charm. The casting director choices are beyond criticism. They all seem to work.-Ron Moody's Fagin in particular for me. So unlucky not to pick up best actor in 1968. A rousing, magical tour de force. Brilliant from first to last.

This scene is bittersweet. Sweet in the sense how the song is so cheerful and catchy and how she gets everyone to dance and have the time of their lives. Then what's really tragic is that she sneaks off with Oliver not caring what happens to her.

My favourite musical...we all did an outstanding performance of Oliver at school when I was 14.. I'm now 57 and still remember the words to all the songs 😅 I had the pleasure of seeing it in the theatre in London around the same time and I've loved going to the theatre ever since.

When I was a child, my mom loved movie musicals, so we went to see every one that came out (My Fair Lady, Sound of Music, Mary Poppins, etc.). I had never before seen a character in a musical die (didn't see West Side Story til years later on TV) so this turn from musical number to tragic death really shook me.

I got to play Bet in our school play of Oliver! and honestly it was probably one of the highlights of school for me. I'm not much into musicals but the songs from this film we're so well done and so fun to learn as a 11-12 year old (even though they're a bit naughty haha)
