Before which queen came out I was getting good frame rate and now I’m getting stuttering and frame rate drops drops it feels weird and lag is it my computer or is it the game I have got high end gpu

*money cant fix this memory leak issue* screen stuttering is just awful. 3080ti/1440. just awful. 144fps np, but anytime i even look around, it stutters laughably bad.
