My 5 years old died by what it looked like he was poisoned. He was a birthday present for my son when he was a baby dog. My neighbor was giving him some food behind my back and she expressed once that she was scared of him because he looked like a wolf. She was an elder woman, but I could not prove our dog's death.

Well, I have a husky and 1- she is a low energy dog 2- expressive yes, vocal not so much 3- Shedding seasons NOPE. Husky shed all year long, but spring and fall well, we find each time how many "fur babies" she hid in her coat. 4-She is a goof ball and a diva 5- she is food driven so yeah she will do alot for CHEESE... Not every dog of the same breed are built equally....

Our last Husky Shaer lived 19 years , we lost her on the 27th December last year. She was so like a husky all the things mentioned but when out, was 90% off the lead. She was walking up to 20 miles a day at 17, yes 17. She didn't age until she hit 18. We were so lucky. But because of her long life you begin to forget she will get old. Loosing hit like hitting a broke wall. Life isn't the same without her.. We love and miss you so much Shaer. Until the day we are all reunited 🥹

My husky is stubborn and sheds a lot. But he’s pretty well behaved and only barks when necessary. The key is consistent exercise.

Everyone tells you this about huskies. I thought I would learn something new like when you’re not home they paint masterpieces of art.

I must be incredibly lucky. My two female huskies are no problems. They're quiet and happy to do whatever I do, such as sleep in. One was a serial escape artist but since moving in with me, she sticks around and accepts whatever the day brings. She only escaped me once, in the early days, when a plumber left a door open, and that was before she had puppies, one of whom is my other husky. She does have a strong prey drive, so has to be watched for that. I think the keys here are: Company and Female gender. I once had a male husky, with no other dogs and he was all trouble. I can leave them alone with my old German Shepherd dog and there's no trouble. I can go a day without leaving the property and they'll relax and play with each other. Best company I've ever had in my life.

My family’s cockatiel lived to be 25 So be prepared incase you cockatiel is 20 and decides to live extra longer then that

We have always known Germ Shepherds & they are just beautiful it needs a good owner. None have been aggressive at all & all have had a cat as best friend. Yes health issues are a problem but they are just Gorgeous with children as well. Depend on how treated like any animal by owners. England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇬🇧

And they are extremely funny clowns. You won't believe it until you had one. I always had Nordic breeds (Akita, Finnish Lapphund etc) and love them, always got them to be great and obedient companions. However I wanted a dog bigger than my Lapphund but one I can work with (my Akita is obedient and knows a few tricks but they are not made for more intense obedience or trick training). So I got me a white GSD, expecting him to be that serious best in class worker... Well, I got a clown instead 😂😂 he loves training, sure but even more so he loves being funny. Sometimes very humanlike. He also loves to give me presents when I'm down (different items from shoes and toys over forks, bottles and drills, literally everything 😂). They are made tonbe best friends but can be very very headstrong and stubborn despite being obedient.

Socialize them and take them everywhere with you. They are the best breed I have owned but they need to be socialized and give them a job and things to do.
