Arenzano Vlog: Escape to the Ligurian Coast
Join me in this vlog where I go on a trip to Arenzano, a small coastal town on the Ligurian coast, for an architecture workshop with the Politecnico di Milano. The workshop, called Touristic Modernities and the Mediterranean, was a collaboration with architecture students from universities in Nantes and Athens. We had to design a reuse project for an abandoned hotel, the Marina Grande, designed by the architect Vico Magistretti. Even though we had a lot of work, I managed to find the opportunity to go to the beach, make the most of the sunshine, and enjoy this beautiful town. I hope you enjoy the video!

It all looks beautiful and tasty ! what did you put in the cake icing ? it looks so creamy and not like water/icing sugar at all.
I used Paul Hollywood’s carrot cake recipe, and he uses 50g softened butter, 200g Philadelphia cream cheese, and 100g icing sugar to make the cream cheese icing. It turned out delicious, I would recommend giving it a try! 😊

I think people like to see what is different and what is the same in the supermarkets. Also you can see what the priority is, eg more cheese in France etc. anyway, really enjoy your vlogs which are always like spring 🎉🎉🎉

I read somewhere that tourists are no longer able to sit on the Spanish Steppes.
I’m not sure, I haven’t heard anything about that rule. When I was there I didn’t see anyone sitting on the steps 🤷🏻♀️

You are so beautiful as well. Recently I read about a study about that way of seating. It apparently is the best way because it keeps you healthy and fit and you live longer. Old people who have seat like that all their lives suffer much less falls then other seniors. We should all get read of our couches and remodel like that.
