A thought FOR total immersion - when someone dies, the whole person dies. When we get saved, all of us is saved. When we show observers our decision of now being dead to our past death in Satan by going under water, it is just sensible that all of our body goes under.

Thank you Pastor Adam for a wonderful teaching on Babtism.

And that night I received the Babtizim in the Holy Spirit!! Amazing!

That's just what I said 48 years ago when I suddenly realized that Jesus was indeed the Messiah and The Son of God as He claimed to be and came forward at an alter call, confessed my sin to Him, (mainly not believing that He was God) and received Him as my Lord and Savior. I wanted to get close to Him and receive all that He had for me. So what now? The answer in scripture was " be babtized". It was an honor to go into the waters of the creek under a bridge over Rt40 in Cambridge City In. and be obedient to my Savior. It was a cold day, but I came up from under the water triumphantly, praising my LORD. What a blessing!! 😂

Sorry to have missed this mornings service, but so grateful for this replay on line. Missed Caleb, but blessed to have Mason lead worship with the wonderful back up singers. Praise Jesus, my Lord and Savior.
