1. Read chapter 2 of NASM aloud with Christy at the waterfall with the waterfall / epic view out over IE and do pushups and body weight exercises and boulder while she reads. Have fun and play while you learn! Show people how learning can be fun, not in theory, but in practice!

Record a video with Christy where I talk about the “Man, I’ll beat your fucking ass” experience.1) Who2) What3) Where4) Why5) WhenHow did it make you feel to hear that?What did it feel like to think about that comment?Were you worried about your personal safety?How did you respond when you heard the comment?What do you want this young man and his friends to know? If they were in a plexiglass box, in that moment, what would you tell them? I would encourage all of them to find better friends. Friends that help them see their weaknesses/improve them, not vibe on them. I would tell these young men that I could end their life, one at a time, one after the other, if we were to be placed into that same plexiglass box with just me and any one of them, in any order, at a time. I would tell them that there will be no beating of my ass, should they attempt to “fight” me. I would tell them that the reality is that I am minding my own business and that if they choose to “fight” me, subsequent to that choice, they may require help eating - as in a medical professional and tubes, they may lose their ability to reproduce, they may lose their testicles while their pants are still on, they may not only lose their vision, but the eyeballs that produce that vision, and on, and on, and on. I would tell these young men that I have been severely abused and that the very last thing they need is to back me into a corner and force me to take out all of my rage on them for having been so severely abused as a child. I would tell these young men that people like me have real, deep issues - skeletons in the closet - the stuff nightmares have nightmares about - The Devil resides in my past and I want to leave him there. You don’t want to see me do his work. I would tell these young men that I have sympathy for them - being so young, dumb, and full of ego… an ego that could lead them down a path straight to Hell. I want these boys to know that I want the best for them. I want them to know that they made a tremendously solid choice not to hit me or engage with me with violence. I want them to enjoy their long, potentially bright futures. I want for them what I want for myself- LOVE and an authentic connection with God. I want them to consider the error of their ways and learn from them. We are all human. The last thing I want for these boys is to make a choice that alters the rest of their experience on Earth. However, as David Goggins says in response to the question - “What are you training for?” … “I ain’t training for shit, but if something pops off, I’ll be ready.” Young men, that day, I had been training every single day since September of 2022. I was ready. 🫡
