Very interesting points, Mr Charan is an experienced consultant and author of many different books. He had been traveling all the world sharing his experiences with boards and Ceo´s. His books are references in its marketing.
Nicely done!

Looking on at this 2 years later, its astonishing that the managerial class was suggesting that if you survey your employees and a preponderance of them are unvaccinated then you shouldn't implement a vaxx mandate. Curious as I thought the cause was for the complete health safety of the entire community? It appears corpo can utilize the nooks and crannies of the law to circumvent the original unlawful mandates (I realize the SCOTUS eventually struck down the mandate). Its laughable looking back on what we had to endure from a corrupt and hypocritical elite.
Great Show!! 🙌👏🙏👏

Bethany is very impressive and thoughtful about how she can best contribute to her public boards. Hopefully everyone heard her comments about preparing for the day you do get hacked. Boards can be organized and prepared to handle this without major disruption.
That's Excellent 😊👍🏻🤝- Deepa Abraham United Arab Emirates
Well done episode. Very informative.
Great job Eric. This topic is now mainstream and I'm not sure most boards giving it it's due and probably will be behind the curve. Thanks for moving AI up the to-do list for boards.
Goodbye and thank you Mr Kerstetter. Fifteen years is a life time. May the future be full of endless joy, exciting adventures, and all the good vibes life has to offer. Thank you once again.

fantastic presentation. it's a good learning opportunity about ERM and how the Board can effectively oversee ERM to enhance and protect enterprise value
As usual, really interesting conversation. Really surprised you talked about talent retention, good governance, ESG, cybersecurity, risks, differentiation, growth, digital transformation and you never mentioned the elephant in the room. #DigitalLeadership #LeadershipDevelopment Leadership has never been a commodity and will never be a commodity.
I love the sports coat TK!
Just got the book!
What a GREAT talk. Thanks for this TK and Peter.
Hi . Can you please let me know what is the difference between Compliance Framework and Compliance Program.
🤍
🤍
Dear Friends, I think the GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) is subset of Corporate Governance. The Corporate Governance take care outside, GRC take care inside. How do you think?.
ESG is bullshit. Disney has great ESG score even though it actively supports genocide concentration camps.
🤍
Thanks for the knowledge.
In zimbabwe organisations rarely assess the perfomance of the board😅
Very insightful
Easy to talk about....Very difficult to do.
Beautiful session. Thanks, so insightful
Beautiful session. Glad to be here

Is a poison pill a reasonable response to Elon Musk wanting to buy Twitter, so as he sees it, have it return to a free speech platform.
What exactly are the cons? Please explain them clearly from an ordinary share holders prospective as someone not on the board.
Do you think that the SEC in terms of submitting a TCR, should be given information in order to investigate potential fraud regarding a company's decision not to report an accident that could have catastrophic financial losses to them?
