Hey dude, yeah that sounds like fun, I'll have a chat with the other lads and work out a way we can do it 🤙
Nice one Barry :)
Glad you enjoyed it
Thanks Bugs, great to hear from you mate, hope you’re keeping well.
Brilliant!
Datsun Cherry Estate. Ugly as hell, but loved it.

Nissan Cube

Can’t wait! 👍
Great introduction 👊
Subscribed as I like seeing how other little car channels are going,I only started doing content 8 weeks back, good luck with it all👌
Thanks for watching and for the subscribe 🤙 I will follow back
Hi, great job you done. I have few questions as i am waiting for my assessment and wondering if it will be also cat n announced. Did you have to do anything with the log book? how hard was to re insurance the cat n car for you? , and did you do mot after you fixed the car even its not necessary apparently. Again great video thanks
Thanks for the kind words and for watching. Hopefully all goes to plan with your car. Yes the car was classed as a Cat N. Annoyingly the car had an MOT the month before the accident but I did take it back to the garage and get them to give it a good check over and had the alignment done. I did have to send off for a new logbook which cost £25. We kept the insurance running with the same company but did have to phone them to make sure they were aware it is now a Cat N, it didn't cost anymore but maybe next time it's due? Hope this helps thanks again for watching please subscribe if that's something you do 🤙
if you had put your ramps in front of the wood the bumper would have cleared them....😀
Thanks for watching... You will need to explain as my one Braincell isn't keeping up 😁 Without the wood the bumper hit the ramps, with one piece of wood it still hit so we went for two pieces of wood and it only just cleared, I am intrigued to see if there was another way we could have done it, I'm sure this was one of many things we got wrong but it was entertaining 😁
In the last four years of learning to do my own. This video shows me just how much I've learned. Impact guns are great Keep some pressure on the socket end to stop I camming off if you are using a ratchet and socket Don't hammer the sump plug tighter when you're trying to loosen it. Quality Six Point sockets and a long bar are king. So many other things
Thank you for the advice and thank you for watching, definitely need to invest in all of what you have mentioned 🤙 The way we looked at it is we can't get any worse 😁 every day's a school day
eh. he should of grabbed some sandpaper and weathered the numbering
It can't be that blatantly obvious as it's not brown spray paint it's actually rusty spray paint 😁 Thank you for taking the time to watch the video and comment, I will take your feedback onboard for the next one I do.
So you're like about £2.5k quids in? Even with your labour that's surely a tidy profit for your troubles. Nice one
Spot on dude, even if I couldn't repair the bumper and had to buy a brand new second hand bumper one I'd still be quids in 🤙 I take it the insurance companies write them off because they have to buy all parts brand new and labour is very expensive now. If you have one brain cell like me it's worth giving it a go 😁
Love this, maybe I need to do one too.
Thank you 🤙 I'd definitely do it again... Maybe I'll have to start looking on Carport 😁
With all the stuff you bought to repair it you could have bought one from a brakers yard cheaper ?? But then that's the easy option I would be doing the same as you 👍
Maybe... but I'd have to try and get the same spec so I got the same alloy wheels. I did look at that option but didn't find any without front end damage plus you have to add delivery into the mix so wouldn't have been the cheaper option. I did go for new second hand parts as the brand new ones don't always line up as well.
Great job. I totally don't understand why today everything is getting replaced and not fixed if possible. And they are talking about ecology all the time.
Thank you, it was great fun doing it and not really that difficult. I totally agree with you most things can be repaired and a lot cheaper than you'd think
Nice job, are plastic welders cheap? I think you need a bigger workshop lol
Thank you, yes very cheap I think I paid £14 for the hot iron soldier type one and around £20 for the staple type welder 🤙
🤣 yes I definitely need a bigger workshop 😁 it's on my to-do list
Man we need to do more fixer uppers!
Absolutely 🤙 I'd love that
E? Is that for electric as in child labour, polluting batteries ??
I think in 1998 E meant something else 😁
🎉 congratulations! Looking forward to seeing the changes 😀
"Promo SM" ☺️
Salut my friend super car super video subscribe subscribe ...
Not bad but a blower Bentley NEVER won the Le Mans 24 hour race.
I thought it had won four times, thank you for pointing this out I'll have to change the description 🤙 thanks for watching.
NEVER won any race...
It's true - the blower Bentleys all blew up - the Mercedes had selective "blowers" but, in trying to keep up with the blower Bentleys, they all blew up too - leaving the way open for a normally aspirated Bentley.
that's really interesting, thank you for the update
