The more of use who turn our green mown lawn deserts into wildlife focus areas, benefits not only the wildlife but ourselves as there is so much activity to watch and observe.

Do you have to clear all the existing grass before sewing the perennial meadow?

My friend has had one growing for 12 years and all of a sudden this year nothing it’s died she’s absolutely gutted any suggestions? She is thinking of pulling it out from the roots.

Great video and you make it look easy. I would like to know, How tall can one make the truck. Is there a maximum height? I want to get one of these for my yard and I would like it to grow to between 15 and 20 ft (overall height) and I want a truck about six feet. Will the weight to the top be a hinderance to a truck of that height? Thank you.

I have put in two young 1 year old wisteria plants that are single stem that are just awakening for spring ....so you top them to get them to branch or will they find their own branching way 🤔

Seeing your plants leafless is kinda weird. I live in the tropics and our plants have leave all year long.

Good day, I have pruning of wisteria vine and all are three years old. I let the vines grow freely. I am planning to make tree shape. I would appreciate it if you could please advise whether I should start pruning them?

I did enjoy this video and am glad to see moths mentioned for a change. I have a three quarter acre field/garden and I have to say cutting grass at the height shown in your video is difficult with an ordinary mower. The grass needs to be bone dry. My local farmer has, in the past, agreed to cut it for me but would not collect it up. The result was I had to rake it up by hand - very hard work. The bits I did not collect properly resulted in thatch and the following year’s grass grew from the thatch not from underneath it - from the soil. I was therefore pulling it up like carpet. For me the only way now is to grow yellow rattle, daisies and other seed in trays and plant out as plugs.

I keep hearing conflicting advice about whether to build a log pile near growing plants, I only have a small garden & want to create a log pile in the corner of the garden but there's a growing viburnum tinus spirit nearby, will it be ok to have a log pile near living plants?
