A honorable family in Japan can acquire a special driving liscense that makes what seen in this video legal. One needs a perfectly maintained car with high MTBF parts to drive safely at high speed. Need Driving Law control software to allow the vehicle to be perfectly safe. This would be pennies on the dollar and very sustainable. The 2020 Subaru WRX Brembo Special is such a car if the Traction Management System is left engaged. I own one. And yes, I actually pay real money on it. Damit.

This video is the future, if everyone were perfectly logical and can perfectly control emotions. The faster an aerodynamic car goes, the more energy efficient it is (true green). I have been told that a e10 to e15 super unleaded petrol can be carbon neutral. Dirt cheap green for little money invested.
