@annavoeggia816 in theory, they are some of mine as well! But I have yet to have one.. however, their blooms are downright unbelievable. I hope to see one in person soon when I'm able to travel. I also find the foliage to be very appealing and jungle-y. So exotic!

But your videos have been solely responsible for inspiring me to keep an orchid data sheet on when I got them, and their major changes. Thanks for that! It's really important and I'm realizing how often I actually refer to these tidbits when needed. I always think I'll remember and yet... Nope. I hope to expand on the records I keep when I learn to be more organized. Haha ^_^

Hi! I'll gladly share what has worked for me. 😊 When I first got mine, it lost much of its root system. I know it prefers being mounted, but I do poorly with that setup since I'm an underwaterer. From trial and error, I noticed that a small ceramic pot with medium-sized media works best for me. I have it in a mix of bark, lava rock, charcoal and pebbles. I also have it in warm conditions from mid 60°Fs to 80°F under Barrina growlights. At first, it took a long time to grow or form roots. I used diluted "tea treatment" to stimulate root growth. ( In a gallon of warm water, I soak a black tea bag for 10 minutes) I use that to water rootless orchids once a week. I only do it 2 or 3 times. The rest of the time, I water with bottled water. Once it grows roots I start fertilizing with a very diluted orchid fertilizer. Nowadays, I typically water mine once a week. This is what has worked for me. @hillbillyorchids So it is a stuartiana? Maybe it was seed grown because it didn't look like the advertised picture.I was expecting a different look, with more freckles on the sepals and a different lip. Thanks for looking at it and helping me out with that. I'm looking forward to seeing your yellow one in bloom....Luckily, I haven't had any issues with the Liu's Berry. I remember you mentioning in the past, about your struggle with it. I don't know if this makes any difference, but I let mine completely dry out, and I keep mine in cool to intermediate temperatures (about high 70s to low 60s). But like you said maybe you got one that wasn't as strong. I hope the keiki pulls through and gets nice and strong. 🤞🤞💚

Hey hon yea some just have more spots. It also depends on when it blooms. If its warmer it may have more spots. Or vice versa. Some have more speckles than others. Maybe because it is seed grown. Thanks for the input on the lou's Berry. I may just replace it. 😊

Yes, I love its rose fragrance 🤗. Miltoniopsis have such wonderful scents.😊

@deedeeblooms7896 I grow it close to my barrina lights, maybe about 10 inches away. I water about once or twice a week and I let it dry out between waterings. I don't fertilize often, maybe once every month or two. The temperature ranges from low 80s to low 60s in the growspace. I don't know what triggers it exactly to bloom, but it definitely started blooming for me when I put it in higher light. Hope it helps. 😊

@deedeeblooms7896 It's interesting that it did that. I have another weird one, my Zygonisia snowbird. The immature pseudobulbs sometimes turn into a flower spike. Really strange anomaly.🙃
