@@brightasapollo sometimes they are reused. But the wig designer has a large stock of wigs they’ve customized for productions. Unless the wig is too beaten up.. they do go back in the stock after cleaning it

No but the fact they did it with literally 10 seconds left of the show is stupid. Like at that point they might as well just go screw it let them record.

I mean that’s a poor excuse to justify the person quite literally recording a show that literally makes an announcement, ushers remind them of.. and the queens also “say no portraits please” While I understand that at that point you’d think they should let it go.. and it’s too late.. however they are still going against the rules of the theatre and the union laws/agreements/contracts/policies or whatever they are called .. to my knowledge the queens say to get their phones ready .. they ONLY have ever said it in the West End. Broadway does NOT allow the recording of the actors on stage.. period. People aren’t even technically supposed to record or take pictures of curtain calls and it depends on the productions allow. Some are more lenient than others. Dont sit there and think it’s pointless for any of the ushers to do their job. That’s so mf weird.. especially when there are other theatres that do the same. It will literally plant the seed in a patron so they remember in the future that maybe they should ask instead of assuming it’s okay just bc they did a “bonus” song after their final song. They are STILL on the stage and this happens every show. It’s still a part of production. As someone who is an usher for that show at the Lena Horne.. yall don’t get an excuse to go against the rules. There’s many MANY times that we can’t see the phones bc some make it more obvious than others. We also are consistently surveying the entire audience and going to multiple people to stop them. 10 seconds or not.. yall shouldn’t get a pass for not listening. It’s not that difficult to comprehend.

@@lydiajohnson4888 I know, it feels wierd having so many Rachel Aragon shows when Paisley is literally the Aragon and Cleves alternate, with costume and all. No hate to Rachel at all, but imagine how amazing it would have been if Paisley performed No Way at West End Live!
