I watch jackednleen videos while I eat
The man the myth
Someone had to say it
nah rather use sum dumbbells
@@steezyxx all good but you haven’t used good machines then ;)
excellent.
Awesome video! Watching this while eating my final meal of the day 🔥🔥 always awesome tips jack
Found my new favourite page
@@inhalemyquad6129 we truly appreciate that! Thank you!!
maybe for the slipping off the bar problem, get those rubber pad things that people people put on their palms to open jars
I only make one but I make progress😅
Its all about Intensity.
AH BRO U SAID NEXT LEG DAY VID U PUT THEM ON NAUTILUS DUO SQUAT! IT IS AN INTENSE MOVEMENT AS U KNOW WOWZA COME ON BUDDDEEEEEEEEEE
That first chest press machine looks sick honestly
Isnt it realistically awful for your shoulders
@@turbocivicsi1383 nope. Way more stability and ability to centrate your shoulder in the socket. It’s more like a low angle pushup and much less agressive on the shoulders.
I get pain in the palm of my hands will these help?
@@jroark101 if the reason is the smaller handles driving into the hand then yes!
Megamass machines are heavy ❤💪🏼
An arm day with no pumped up posing? Are you even an influencer jack? 😂
@@dainsman991 😂 call me the ‘Anti-influencer.’
Eileen’s form is literally perfect 🔥🔥🔥
Killer lift! Thanks jack 🔥🔥
@@laurenwagner6235 anytime! So much more to come 🔥😎
Great equipment man
GOOD COACHING, 'LIL TOO MUCH SWEARING , KIDZ TODAY LOL ...GREAT MACHINES IN THIS GYM, I NOTE THE NAUTILUS OLD TIMER GREAT MACHINES WHY DID U NOT PUT HER ON THAT NAUT DUO SQUAT? WHERE IS YOUR FACILITY?
@@OTHERWORLDLY-x1b lol sorry about that! You are right and should tone it down. I just get zoned and amped up a bit and it slips out haha. And we love our duo squat! Definitely going to get her on that next time. I have a whole room full of old school upper body nautilus pieces too. 💪🏼😎
@@jackednleen U GOOD DUDE
🔥🔥🔥
I just got mine and can’t wait to hit the gym and try them out
Hi, thank you for the video. Up to what diameter of pull up bar could it fit on?
Why do you need full extension? I do long lenght partials on calve raises
Так она пустой станок тягает 😂😂😂😂 так и бабушка моя может
Awesome selection 👌👌 really likes it🎉
as a person with short arm i need these lol
Where’d you find that particular pull-down?
This is how u measure literally anything
Ong 😭😂
lol, most people do the opposite. Also, you wouldn't believe the types of questions i get on this from people or new clients, so here we are haha
Thanks
🤤🤤🤤
My alternative is I use a small ramakin on the scale then put the plate on top of it. Works really well for wide or awkward plates and bowls
Love it!
Thanks bro❤
Smart. I wish my gym had tbar rows
Hey I know that last machine!
Lol of course! only the best at your place man!
Big fan of the colors too 😎
Random question : what size bar does this go up to ? For example at some commercial gyms the handle bars of some machines are a bit too thick ( I hope this makes sense )
I’ve tried them on a number of handles and not had an issue so far. They fit over a barbell and the pull-up had on my rogue rack, so at least that thick. They were a little snug on my Cybex lat row, but it has pretty thick grips on it (the thickest of any machine I’ve tried). Most pulling machines have barbell or smaller sized grips to help with grip anyway so I don’t think you’ll have any issues.
@jackednleen - Thanks for the reply. I've decided to buy them and hope for the best . Hopefully they fit most of the machines because precor handles tend to be really thick for some reason .
I think nautilus pulldown is the best but cybex vr2 pulldown is also a good
Those pits!
Uh. Wow.
Badass!!
Thanks brotha!
Wish I had a pulldown machine like this in my gym, got to use one once, absolute magic
By far the smoothest pulldown I’ve ever used!
great videos. What do you think about Magnum Biangular Lat Row?
I think it’s a solid piece for upper back training, and okay, but not my favorite for mid back training. It diverges quite a bit which makes it hard to line up for true lat training. I do like the thigh pads for pelvic stability and wish more machines had that feature. It hits a little hard in the stretch (yanks on you a bit a you finish the negative) but Overall good piece!
@@jackednleen Thank you!Where I live, there are very few options. You think about life fitness signature seated row better for mid back
Nice
Bodybuilding is a joke, and you’re not a man if this is your focus. It’s the worst version of human peacocking and makes you useless with zero skills. Men should learn skills that teach them how to protect and provide. Fight and work. Any man who has won a wrestling match or MMA fight will never waste their time trying to stand on a stage just to “look symmetrical”. It’s garbage
Solid video and advice. I hope you get more exposure
Thanks man, I appreciate that and the support 💪🏼
Stick to your day job😮
lol! Thanks for the helpful advice man! In fact this is my day job and I’m dang good at it. Have a great day 😎
"PromoSM" 😥
Pressing on your heel will hit more quads. “Pressing your big toe down, hard” > more medial knee travel > more glutes. Fully agree on maximising hip flexion in the front hip though.
nothin better than leaning on that fart seaet when you do pull down
good thing shoulder impingement isn't a thing! consider dropping that from your vocab
lemme put u in a sholder lock then kid
"happens when the tendon rubs or catches on the bone at the top of this space, called the acromion" shut up buddy!
the coach deleted my comment about putting u in a shoulder lock but kept yours which directly disagrees with his view. So he is moderating his YT in an admirable way cheers
@@GBad-ij3ul the amount of subacromial space doesn't correlate with pain and function or occurrence of said "impingement". Try again, buddy!
@@AleksandarBanov-tm9ql that sure would be strenuous but not this make-believe impingement. Read a study for once!
