Its probably less damage as arcane or frost but I’ve played fire mage mostly for 16 yrs now so I always go back to fire 😁

@Chewithemage iv been doing arcane and some times it feels like I'm doing alot of damage and others it's like not enough. Might just be me though I havn't played my mage alot since legion

I played arcane some I think most the damage is with touch of the magi there is some setup fire there is setup to before you want to meteor and burst but it’s pretty quick to do

@Chewithemage the whole arcane play is still around evocation and surge with touch of the magi. Atleast with fire its just getting two crits in a row to set up the power burst with combustion.

Well for me I would say dragonflight because there is no cooldown on word of glory and also consistent damage

@@Chewithemage thank you very much, a few more questions, I am a classic cata player, I have +2k mmr in ret on cata if I switch to dragonflight can I become good quickly? and on Dragonflight the ret is really strong? for example can he beat a mage? because on catamaran it's complicated to beat a mage as a ret, if you have the time can you tell me about the 1v1 matches against whom the ret loses and wins on dragonflight, thank you very much because I'm going to move on to retail with the arrival of the war within

@oklmserein2029 I believe so the main damage abilities are basically the same as in cata and yeah mage is kinda tough but definitely killable dragon flight rets have more mobility than cata so it’s a bit easier to keep up with them lol
