That this man's heart has been so deeply touched by the Life of Christ in turn touches my heart deeply. This is an inspired teaching in every sense of the word; in every sense of the Word!

Although I cannot understand why mine should be the first comment to be posted on this preaching since it appeared six months ago, I feel honoured, and this to be sure is no measure of ego where one can only be humbled by the subject expounded upon and R C Sproul's delivery of it. To arrive at the end of it saw me broken by the beauty of Christ's benevolence, the likes of which Humankind will never bear witness to again, for His was a story contemplative of our own history in the making, as yet does it still have to be wholly/holy made that we can live like Him; that we can acutely be like him. I have fairly thought from time time, that if I were present at the crucifixion, would I have stepped up to surrender my life for His that he should live longer a mortal amongst us. It is not the easiest of questions to contemplate, much less to answer. That said, upon listening to this presentation by the ever devout R C Sproul, I have to say that I would have, and that any tears wept by me they would have been for Him as I took His place. It has left me completely undone. In that alone, it is a heartbreakingly beautiful and breathtaking thing! Thank you for posting it! Blessings!
