First of all lots of congratulations to you.🥳🥳 Job in banks are tough but don't be scared as you are paid handsomely and lots of perks are also there. And in RRBs work pressure is very very low as compared to nationalised banks. I am working for last 4 years and everything is smooth.

Each Rrb are situated in a particular area for example in UP there are 3 RRB and each has defined area. So transfers & posting are in that particular state.

Kuch bhi fix pattern me nhi hota hai. But most cases me female staff ko regional office ya main city ke branches me posting di jati hai. Spouse ground par jyada dhyan nhi deti hai bank. Banks ki transfer policy bahut achi nhi hai ab. Kuch banks hain jo apne staff k bare me soch ke transfer karte hai jaise ki ubi.

Yes it is true for nationalised banks work pressure is a lot for all managers. In RRB or Nationalised banks situated in Rural area are on lesser side of work pressure. Clerical staff in both Nationalised banks & RRB may leave the bank at 5 pm as there work are over till then.

This was simple answers for your question. But I will elaborate according to my thinking - Yes work pressure is high as a PO but you cannot remain clerk for your whole life. One day you will be promoted to PO and till that day you will loose so much opportunity to grow in your career & also will be paid quite less as compared to po. As a PO you will get a good salary, good allowance and lots to explore.
