its a fallout new Vegas map that was custom built by a few people and it is in fact a rp server take it as you will.

There are bluewater and coastal fleet boats. They're playable and unlockable the same way as any other vehcile. The only downside is that not much people play this gamemode so you often wait a couple of minutes for a single match.

You are correct its almost top tier at 10.0BR and some people don’t know how to fly

No he wasn’t paying attention and its not exactly skill less gameplay if you do your homework you will see that the non premium and premium A-10 is slow and even though you normally use it for cas its still an effective turn fighter and i got up to 5 kills per match by carrying a gun pod and dogfighting alone with no help from my team. maybe you need to learn how to play better^^
