Hardly needs to be pointed out that our new tweeting president has psychotic breaks on a regular basis. His record thus far is shocking. Even the parliament in the UK classifies his intellectual capacity as protozoan. That a person of that comportment ever got to be president is a low-water mark for American politics, but what's more heartbreaking is that there are people so gullible, desperate, broke and frightened, that they believe what he says.
