I grew up in the Massenna area, (in Chase Mills) near the border. _WHERE On Earth are these sankes in New York?_ I'm not disbelieving you. *I'm just SHOCKED* so .... how often are you seeing them??? I'm living in Long Island now, but wth is going on Up there. I used to tromp around in the woods for my entire youth. _NEVER_ saw any RattleSnakes *is this a NEW THING starting to happen?* or..... do they crawl south to Georgia for the winter? is it some strange coincidence? or can they survive the winter? what's the deal? Do You Know? I have NEVER ever seen a humongous rattlesnake in NY
This is my first time seeing a rattlesnake that big in the wild. Was the furthest ive gone on the trail so far. So I'm not sure about their migration habits, if any. But I spotted it in Hague, NY

I think it's important. Damn man, I used to hang out in the woods ALL DAY , from sunrise to sunset.... (reading & studying or Just Hiking) *it's GOOD To know this is a "thing"* Take CARE of yourself out there!
@@AutomationDnDthanks. After realizing this is cooler than I thought at first, I'm gonna try and go back soon and see if I can get a better video/pics. It was all laid out in the middle of the trail but ended up slithering into the bushes by the time I started recording.

When I was a kid/teen, our church group used to rent the entire roller rink at a place in canada / we'd also go to canada for dinner, bc we could go to a chinese place & Canada had the closest one. ----- & to be a _Total DiqkWeed_ I used to order a *_CheeseBurger_* & if you Live at a High Enough lattitude, there are actually _Canadians_ who live SOUTH of you. (if they Live right ON the Can US border _BEAUTIFUL Country_ up there ....

I love these glades. Easily the best at mount snow and it’s so easy to get lost
Nice work brother. It’s been years since I’ve been in that glade and I remember the bottom but dont know if the top was open years ago. I just bought a single bedroom at Seasons so its time to get back into lots at Mount Snow. Prior to children I was often deeper into Vermont but now its back down south time. Thanks for the tour.
