@@JakeTiesler 996 cup is 390 hp as standard but in this video I had a bad fuel pump and was probably down about 50 hp.

@@porschenut9 I couldn’t agree more. Love every bit of my 1998 C2. Upgraded suspension, exhaust and the center console delete made its such an amazing car to drive.

-3.7 front and 1mm total toe out. Really happy with this set up and it doesn’t track too bad on the road, surprisingly.

-3.7 is what in terms of minutes and degrees? -3 degrees and 42 minutes? Appreciate your knowledge!

@@philrob110 Hi Phil that’s correct. Somewhere around 3.5-3.8 degrees is great on track in my experience.

Sorry for the late response. No the 996 GT3 has a gearbox based on the 911 race cars of the same era such as the 996 cup, GT3RS and RSR. It’s a completely different unit to the regular 996 Carrera models. Thanks for watching!

Turn 8 was a bit intimidating, definitely didn’t go anywhere near the limit there but to be honest the walls weren’t a worry anywhere else. I’d like to think I was close to the limit of the tyres in most sections (but turn 8 definitely 6/10 at best!). The 2RS was a Manthey Racing version, insane!

This was just a worn out standard muffler

Sadly this was the last year it ran. There has been rumblings of it returning post covid. I am hanging out for it.

That’s what I love about the 996 GT3/Cup...you’ve got to be on it the whole time to make the lap. Wouldn’t want it any other way!
