What the fuck he is speaking 😂
The age old cold war between the ENT surgeons and neurosurgeons will not end anytime soon 😂😂
能解释一下为什么有些人鼻中隔手术鼻甲手术都做了却没有空鼻症,为什么有些人没有做过鼻甲手术也会有空鼻症
This is simple there are people that are not being screened for underlying medical conditions prior to surgery. More extensive testing such as autoimmune, wound healing problems, genetic disorders that can affect wound healing. Many variables. The issue is that ENTs are not doing any extensive root cause analysis to see why turbinate hypertrophy happens to begin with. They are incompetent when it comes to naturally healing inflammation and the body holistically as they are only taught allopathic methods of "medicine."
For those on the fence about turbinate reductions. Turbinate reduction is a pseudo science procedure that does not address the root cause of hypertrophy /inflammation. Often, ENT specialists minimize or conveniently do not discuss the severe life long injuries to a patient pre op or discuss in depth the importance of the turbinates to the resperitory system and important ties neurologically. Ents/otolaryngologists cannot gaurentee that turbinate reductions are fool proof and cannot determine how well crucial nerves, mucosal tissue, and sensory nerves heal. What is also alarming is that once these organs happen to become non functional from a bad outcome (which a large growing amount of cases are being reported), Patients are left with no cure. Those lucky enough to have family and spare funds end up spending hundreds of thousands of dollars out of pocket attempting to alleviate catostrophic symptoms that are experimental with little to no relief, followed by medical gaslighting and extremely limited professionals world wide who truly have an understanding of how detrimental this condition is to the entire body. Beware of these overly marketed procedures.
Dont worry guys i cracked this case ENS POST !!!! People usually experience ENS after they've undergone surgery Surgery specifically a septoplasmy and /or rhinoplasties and as a result what's happened is doctors have interferred with nasal turbinates oblivious to the crucial role that the turbinates play in the aerodynamics of the nostrils relative to each other This ignorance on the part of the doctors has a resulted in people being put in unbearable life experiences which is in many cases forces the force them to take their own life this is a complete tragedy What they have essentially done is they caused an imbalance in the airflow in your the in both of your nostrils right and left , which can be easily be rectified by applying tape in a specific way to artificially change the resistance of each nostril . Naturally it makes sense that the brain would expect there to be consistency in airflow between both individual nostrils and when you interfere with the breathing sensation and the mind changes , resulting in disastrous life changing effects and even death. However after extensive research I think I have figured out the cause of this condition and proposed a potential solution that involves nothing more than strong tape. All that is required is that you cover both nostrils however you do it in such a way that the air resistance against the tape that seals both nostrils is different and helps to restore normal conventional feelings of resistance. My proposal basically involves using strong tape specifically Black Gorilla Tape as I think the texture lends itself to treating this condition , please don't experiment with any other type of tape I don't know if this will exacerbate the condition rate the condition I can forward you the Amazon link and essentially you have to construct a device that device that would basically alter these passages which would block both nostrils but to such an extent that the resistance received by each nostril is basically altered according to Which nostril receives less or more resistance. The nostril that has more airflow needs more resistance and vice versa Basically when the two nostrils are given off mixed signals the brain gets confused that makes it think you're suffocating and you get all the symptoms of ENS. The extent of how bad your turbinates have been removed can vary how effective my treatment proposal can be, and the way my treatment proposal is applied . My proposal basically involves using strong tape specifically gorilla tape and I think the texture lends itself to treating this condition I can forward you the Amazon link and essentially you have to construct a device that would basically alter these passages which would block both nostrils but to such an extent that the resistance received by each nostril is basically altered according to Which nostril receives less or more resistance. The nostril that has more airflow needs more resistance and vice versa ? Most of these botched surgeries only result in partial turbulate reductions causing that cause empty nose symptom symptoms so I do think most people with ens can have the symptoms reduced with this form of treatment. TREATMENT PROCEDURE So essentially what you've got to do is you've got a buy the tapE and then what you have to do is you have to construct a piece of tape right that is more flexible meaning it is less resistant to airflow and put that on the side of the nose that experiences more resistance, you do that by forming a one centimeter square of this tape that is composed of four equal smaller squares taped together this allows more flexibility. And then construct a piece of tape that is more resistant to airflow and less flexible, you do that by forming a one centimeter square of this tape that is composed of 2 1 cm by half centimeter rectangular strips of tape attached together to form a one centimeter part piece of tape. Then and place it on the nostril that has less air resistance . This way you can restore the balance and your brains prior sensations . This is very complicated cutting edge revolutionary ideas on how to treat this condition that could help thousands of people with this esoteric unknown condition Are you willing to try my theory that has been proven to work for other people just by attaching some tape to your nose? I will guide everyone through the process within reason and hopefully you'll be able to live a more functional and healthy life if you are currently suffering. I know people personally with ens and I know how horrendous it can be watching them constantly in pain with nothing they can do to stop it. Good luck and I hope that we can break new ground in this unknown esoteric condition,. www.amazon.co.uk/Gorilla-3044010-Tape-32m/dp/B001W030HM/ref=mp_s_a_1_1_sspa?crid=1TFBRJ6WPAVLB&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.dTIWyQOWPoKKB7LIXXbKKqdqCYs55SQ7aNGaci6U3YavTgCvu1wChyPycvOCVIX3870jhZQkHmZN9Jt1HhNooY0ED-6gDVwEZUwVVMivub8HJU0rnUARyybDvwmOcdTmYJj7hALujKALbjzKMJ27E0-liQqSKWqGdEJFW7HP-EmbYVMLEtHnKCleS--HyUHwj1kibQCtHMUVdcgYWWhWSw.ey6EBFCPDHsK31mSW4SP_64xudIrw1xI7FbsZnCTDI8&dib_tag=se&keywords=gorilla+tape&qid=1724650409&sprefix=gorilla+tap%2Caps%2C136&sr=8-1-spons&sp_csd=d2lkZ2V0TmFtZT1zcF9waG9uZV9zZWFyY2hfYXRm&psc=1 You need this exact product , it's been proven to work on account of its stickyness and flexibility
This doesn't work for those with plenty of volume but non functional turbinates/atrophied mucosal tissue, damaged receptors.
Is there a cure for this ?!
No. Only experimental treatments that don't have a high percentage of success. The issue is that each case is unique and complex due to the type of surgery. Not everyone has complete turbinate loss contrary to popular belief. Turbinates are also not an organ that can be transplanted or recreated at this point in time. This is why ENTs need to stop turbinate reduction surgery as it is dangerous and irrational to play roulette with essential organs solely because they become inflamed. Solve the root cause.
❤
I had twice the procedure for nasal septum deviation but my turbinators are gone all of them it happen In 1991 and 1998 because I have sleep problems I saw a doctor and with the test he has done result in ENS Inam knew knowing about this is a big surprise I being suffering with many health problems because these malpractice no wonder I suffer dizziness imbalance tinnitus I have the CT scan and the MRI and quipe it at home is a destruction of my turbinators
Thank you Dr. Please continue to use your knowledge and to make this horrific, life-ruining disease a known disease by everybody. It is a crime that this is overlooked to the degree that it is, and it is up to us to change that ASAP. It’s more common than the literature says it is. It ruins lives. People say the suffering is worse than cancer, at least you can die from cancer.
Turbinate reduction should be outlawed unless absolutely necessary.

This has to be watched at least by 10 million people. Thank you for your great work!
Wow.. what a painful memory to live with.. 😔
He save my life He is the best
I have transitional cell carcinoma of the lacrimal sac. It doesn't seem there is much information from a patient's standpoint. Like what's the % of reoccurrence and what's the average time for it to reoccur ? Where does it typically spread to? What's the overall survival rate? I was told I was a stage 4a. It spread to the lymph node in my neck. I was misdiagnosed for over 2 years. By then the mass was 25 mm. Is it true that reoccurrence is usually around the 3-5 year mark? Is it true that the overall survival rate is about 23%? There is such little information on this cancer that's been published it leaves us patients in the dark. I don't feel like I ever get a clear answer on this. I wouldn't mind knowing what to expect based on the information that is available. Why isn't it mandatory for physicians to perform a biopsy just as a precautionary measure whenever there is an eye issue that even remotely resembles any symptoms of possible cancer? I was told by one doctor that I'm the 48th case that's been documented. I sure would have preferred these statistics on a lottery ticket rather than this. If it's not a common cancer, it doesn't seem to get much attention or concern, with there being so few of us.
So what are the options apart from the surgery to treat turbinate hypertrophy if medicines don't work? We keep going with constant headache and nasal pressure for the rest of our lives ?
Excellent 👌
thank you very much! we need more videos like this!!
has anything come of this? i can’t see that things have moved on much in the past 5 years despite the amount of sufferers on this thread and so many other ENS videos. if only all drs were like Dr Jang, a rarity and I hope he got the recognition he deserved for putting this together and speaking out amongst what I assume are a very hard crowd to talk to. ENS is torture every second and a lot of us don’t even have 1 Doctor in our entire country who will help with it or even have a decent discussion about the life altering symptoms we face.
So rib cartilage can fix ens!?!
No not every case is the same.
the first 10 minutes of the video are duplicated
Is it possible to have ens in one nostril ?
I have ens please give me treatment
I don't think any credible dr. takes consults or treatments over youtube.
This demon was insanely meticulous. Thank you so much professor.
Good FRSS video
Empty nose syndrome doesn't exist. You have been taking cocaine.
Thank you Dr. Jang for giving visibility of this horrible iatrogenic condition. Please continue to teach other doctors how to prevent and how to repair it.
A year ago I had a turbinate reduction surgery and I was left with a lot of nerve pain. I have been prescribed tegretol but have not taken it yet. Someone has tried? If you have any recommendations, I'd appreciate it.
They continue to do these unecessary surgeries due to the brainwashing they get in med school and within their community. There is no consensus on what is standard for these surgeries. Think about it, athletes all over the world would be getting these surgeries left and right if it was so bullet proof. If you ask these ENTs if they would get a turbinate reduction surgery they go silent. The truth is there is not a justifiable reason aside from a tumor or cancer to surgically alter anything relating to the turbinates. Anything outside of that is a crapshoot and everyone's turbinates are unique to ones size and body and environment. They are extremely essential yet ENTs continue to do irrational procedures (no matter how conservative) with fancy surgical gadgets that can cause irreversible harm. Beyond incompetent. What is also deranged is how they think everyone heals the same. They hardly ever look at underlying health issues that could further contribute the chances of having complications such as Ens/post surgical turbinate injury. All about the money.
CRSWNP can be treated without surgery. In 2020 I had nasal surgery. I suspect my polyps are result of allergy since 2007. But in 2021 polyps came back, Otolaryngology doctors suggested another surgery looking to my new CT. But I have treated them without surgery in only 23 days… by hunger treatment. Full hunger, only herbal tea, some 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil once a day. That’s it. I can share my CT before and after treatment.

try to find out a possible solution with a good cosmetic surgeon. If they perform a bilateral osteotomy of the nasal bones and the nasal dorsum is lowered a little, the turbinates will automatically be close to the septum since as they arise from the walls of the nasal bones, as they narrow, the nasal cavity becomes smaller. That way you should improve the air pressure and feel the flow. At the same time, the humidity should improve a little.
Is this method being performed?
@@Chigbungus0 This surgery that I mention can improve indirectly. Let me explain why: There are many people who have rhinoplasty and as a consequence later have respiratory distress. This is because the osteotomy removed empty space and since they have normal turbinates, there is little intranasal airflow. In the case of people with small turbinates, it may be the other way around. That's why I tell you, find out from a good rhinoplasty specialist
Thank you so much for such opportunity!
When will there be any advancements for Empty Nose Syndrome ? This has to be addressed.

I have ens i need HELP. Omg my biggest mistake is have the surgery done. Im suffering now my ens just started one ago now my nose and mouth always dry. @@geniusteck yes you're right. Most of them are really wired beings, lacking all emotions. They deserve to rot in hell.
You cannot create a faux or bogus turbinate. Don't fall for this bullshit. Turbinate implants are not effective, particularly over the long-term. Over the long-term the implants impede bloodflow which can ultimately lead to necrotic tissue due to insufficient moisture and bloodflow. People with ENS symptoms need to stay away doctors who claim these miraculous results with implants. It's nothing but bullshit!
What can one do to provide some relief of ens ? If these procedures are ot worth it
@@kaya2939 These procedures do more harm than good. Exercise and a near perfect diet is the only hope people have to feel better. People don't want to hear this. They want a magic treatment but no such treatment exists because you don't just need to repair the nose. You need to repair the brain and the body. I've counseled some people and they've gotten very good results but this is very time consuming for me and a lot of people aren't disciplined enough to eat the necessary foods or lift the necessary weights. But the best advice I can give people is to stay away from doctors. They don't understand this condition and they will do nothing but take your money, and they'll make you feel like shit in the process because many will say go see a Psychiatrist or a Neurologist and neither specialist knows how to treat this problem.

Completely clueless about nerve damage, cooling thermo receptors, mucosal health, autonomic nervous system... A bunch of imbeciles. "I do no how to fix" it's called regenerative medicine! Clearly they have no businesses being around a nose let alone doing surgery knowing that they have no idea about intermediate to advanced turbinate functions.
Shamefull. This is common for modern medical professionals to not think outside the box and attribute a "do as they say" mentallity. It is happening not only with Ens, but hundreds of other illnesses where people are misdiagnosed and told it's "psychological." This type of gaslighting is repulsive and will forever invalidate the credibility of the ENT profession unless major change is made.
The medical profession still as yet doesn't seem to have much understanding that the air inside the nose needs to flow in a certain way or it can actually be blocked while being open. Look at a tesla straw. The air currents can prevent proper flow. Also sensation is really important for metering your breath.
Either they were not taught the severe consequences of turbinate injury or they just play dumb and stay silent so no conflict of interest is created. It's no secret but like an organized mafia or cult they will spread misinformation instead of enlightening themselves to a devastating problem that could have been prevented in the first place. Solution: Not allowing overly routine turbinate/septoplasty procedures to be performed unless it is for the reasons of injury or a life threatening cause.
What kind of test did she recommended?? Minute 19.
rhinomanometry, acoustic rhinometry
My nose is always block and the doctor who done my surgery said that my sinuses are open and they look beautiful and if they are open why my nose still fell blocked or stuffy.??? Not answer. 🤥
