(continued) Of course, my challenge is that I'm a clockwise skater, and sometimes, our rink is full of counter-clockwise skaters. I'm planning on taking my FS 1 test this fall, and hopefully work my way up to start working on my first full rotation jumps (except axel) by next spring.

I know that this is a very late response--sorry about that. Gamma and Delta are last two basic skating levels before the 10 Freestyle levels with the Ice Skating Institute (ISI). In those levels, I was taught inside mohawks, 3-turns, shoot the duck or lunge (our choice), 7 step mohawk sequence, and hockey stop. I passed those levels last fall, and currently in Freestyle 1. In this level, we learn waltz jump, 1/2 flip, forward spiral, two-foot spin, and forward pivot.

Thanks! I started skating 3 years ago. Not sure what Gamma/Delta tests are or what their equivalency is in Skate Canada. I past my preliminary free skate in Spring 2010. I'm working on my Axel jump now. This is my second free skate program. I love it. Enjoy skating its fun.

Nice job! How long have you been skating? I just started classes (ISI) in January, and plan on taking my Gamma/Delta test this coming fall, and maybe do my first competition this coming winter/spring.
