Eyedea was on a completely different level than everyone else in this competition. No one was even remotely as good as him.

He says it all in the beginning introduction. This was right around when rap died, now in 2023 the stuff that passes for hip hop is despicable. All it takes is some autotune and one sentence repeated over and over about the money, bitches and ice you gotz. It's pathetic man! Still a lot of good hip hop out there but it takes some digging around to find. It's always been that way to a certain extent but man.. even mainstream hip hop back in the 90s was worlds better than what's considered hot these days.
