Переглядів 1,1 тис.2 місяці тому
In this video, we set out on an exciting overlanding trip to Greenstone Lookout, but Mother Nature had other plans. What started as a peaceful drive quickly turned into a wild adventure when a severe thunderstorm rolled in. With heavy rain pouring down, the trail became a soupy mess. We tried to push through, but the relentless rainfall forced us to make the tough decision to end the trip early...
Reaching the unreachable! We finally made it!
Переглядів 6132 місяці тому
In this adventure, Shy, Darce, along with my son and I, take on the offroad trails to reach the lake that I couldn’t make it to earlier this year due to snow. The path to this lake is not a hard one but does have a little gate keeper before the lake, but the views and the thrill of the ride made it all worth it. Join us as we conquer the terrain and finally reach the destination that eluded us ...

Great video man! Summer is indeed over.....just means winter gear comes out!
Absolutely! A lot less people on the trail as well which is always a plus!!
This is awesome😂😂 I’m in the video!!
Had to squeeze you in there!
Its the price to pay to enjoy the simplicity and quiet of nature.
Looks like it was a fun day!
Nice quick rip! There was far too much snow last time we went up
Awesome, nice landscapes enjoy your son👍
Thank you!
My finger twitches to hit the check out button but , $276 without the extras !! I just don’t know..🧐
Understandable. The extra money is worth it in my opinion. Much lighter, higher up and easier to install.
ya boiiiii
Met you up deroche today thanks for the sticker and encouragement to get out
Man I forgot how good Offspring are
Word. 🌚🤝🌞
What is the light that you installed on the ceiling MOLLE? Something to keep bugs away?
Red light indeed keeps the bugs from annoying you at night!
great stuff ready for adventure 👍
Nice video! I just got a 4runner myself and was looking to do a similar thing. WHat trails did you guys take?
Went down to most of the beaches, took the West side of the lillooet, could have been more on the East side.
Side bay looks so dang good. Haven't seen anyone head over that point before. How deep was the creek crossing at the entrance? We wanna check that spot out next season.
I am so hoping you will add Dual Snorkels to your rig. I hear it is all the rage in Europe and especially in Bavaria. Also... might I recommend you adding a spare bolt kit to fix any of your Overlanding gear that loses bolts as you traverse this difficult terrain.
Great Video! Especially like that you are using a 4K video camera, your cell phone I assume. Please alow me to make a suggestion regarding your technique; slow down your panning shots, I feel like I am on a merry-go-round. Your drone sots are much better in that respect. Other than that and I know I am being picky but I do think it would improve your overall presentation. Keep up the good work, I know it is not easy fo you to create content that will bring viewers to your channel.
Great trip my friend, thank you for capturing it so well 💫
I'll race you for tacos
Some kind of foldable solar panel would be nice if it was an ev
I have a 200w Bluetti at the moment but going to 400 watt fixed on the top of the tent.
@@Destinationtonowhere is 200w enough for camping . Like can it run an extra ac?
@@MunimhossainJim it’s been good for keeping my portable power unit alive for a week.
Love this take me back to this moment 😍
😊😊😊😊😅😅😮😮😮😢😢😂😂❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉
Haha this is a good we boys!!! Can’t wait to see you guys soon!!!
Gotta ask what the camper is? the mainland mountains sure are gorgeous
They sure are! It’s similar to an allterra tech tent. I picked it up from the supplier!
@@Destinationtonowhere I really dig the struts being hidden within the roof rather than exposed
I find it makes a difference going through the tight bushy trails.
Great vid guys. That area is definitely difficult to get down too. Didn’t even attempt it last time we went, trail down has definitely seen better days. That’s an old gold mine from the early 1900’s. Did you check out the larger adit just up the hill? That area is known to the indigenous as the great battle ground, where a Shaman fought the Creator and he was turned into stone. Lots of interesting history up there. 🤘
Thanks! Having a good spotter and a winch on the other end really helped out 😅 I definitely did some reading on the area after but didn’t see all of that, you’re absolutely right, there is some great history up there! I’ll have to search it some more! Thank you 😀
Was fun hanging out with you guys🤘
Thanks brother! Wouldn’t have been possible without you!
Awesome video! It would be nice to join you guys on the next trip 👊🏼🔥
Too much fun!! Missin all you beauties!!! See you again soooooooon!
Is this from this year?
Sure is. Just a couple weeks ago
Great video man!
Thank you!
Great video and camp spot
Hey there, how is that topper holding up? Thinking of getting the exact same one .. from the same guys..
It’s been great! I ordered a new setup that’s all in one, but that topper was great in all seasons, won’t be disappointed!
Planeta Tierra ! Yea...
Amazing video !
Thanks!
Awesome vid 🔝cheers 👍
So many cool little lakes out here on the island you can spend endless hours exploring out here
Looks like a good time! Part 2 better be the hard way! 🫡
Love the snow adventure videos!
Let me know if ya need a set of eyes.
Appreciate that!
Cool trail. Nice video😊
Thanks!
See, you guys went the easy way. Have you tried the hard way down through the rock garden?
I’ll be doing another video of Hale hard. Just depends on who I go down with at the time 😊
nice video dorian
Thanks Jeff!
Looks like a good time. Thanks for taking us along.
As a jeeper myself. Remember to always pick up one's trash on the trail. Nice video. Thanks for sharing!
Absolutely! We are the type of people that leave sites cleaner than when we arrived. It’s tough going around and seeing how much trash people throw out. You can see some in the video when we stopped there. We picked up some stuff where someone had gotten stuck as they left stuff everywhere.. must have been late when they got out.
Something about the rolling hills out there....Easy terrain but beautiful! Great video!
Thank you! It’s a nice easy trail for sure! Just mucky hahaha
I don’t know why it took me so long to watch this! Great views with my morning coffee!!! 🤩🤩
Hopefully it added to your morning 😊
Ummm chocolates 😅
