Thank you I try to me grateful and optimistic, I appreciate that. So you have tried the plasma lip balm? I tried it and it is beautiful but kind of has a metallic smell/taste that is a little off putting, have you experienced that? I think next year I might just get the $75 box.

It's so hard to get mad when the value is so good! I agree with you about a large palette though, it would have really elevated this one. I tried the lip mask, it is more of a lip gloss. It has a pretty brown color and is very barely lip plumping but has a slight metallic smell/taste to it, which is kind of off-putting. But i am going to keep trying it.

I know the boxes were interesting this year, I haven't seen as many big palettes in them as in years past, and Beautylish is putting in very similar products across boxes. I think I will probably just get the $75 bag next year, which is good for my wallet.

That is so fast. That is when I got mine and when mine shipped. It was interesting because my $75 box was packed in California but my XL box was packed in PA and I got them on the same day. I didn't know Beautylish had a warehouse in PA.

That is a good point that I didn't think about and I got that face mask that was $88 in the regular bag. I really think getting a big palette in the XL bag would have just pushed it into awesome territory. But they were both still pretty good. I think next year I will help my wallet and just get the $75 one.

I saw a couple of people get a $150 Viseart palette or the Danessa Myricks Groundwork Blooming Romance palette, but mostly small palettes this year for most people. It is weird, Beautylish is sending people very similar palettes, there usually is more variation.

Thanks! I agree I would have liked to see a bigger palette in there! But the value was still awesome! I just have to stop watching other people's Lucky Bag unboxings because I see what they got and get jealous. Comparison is the thief of joy. I can just keep loving what I got!

Thanks Tammy! Finally got Christmas down and Valentine's up. I am trying not to buy any more decorations this year. Except for those like $5 felt birds you can get at Target and Walmart. They are called the "featherly friends" I am obsessed with them and they are the only decorations I am allowing myself to buy this year.

Reading is always cool you are right! I was never "popular" growing up so I kind of embraced my nerdiness and have always been fine with not being "cool". I just thought it was a funny realization!! I still read as much as I can, I now stay up way too late at night reading....

I have noticed that, the books have changed a lot. I like a lot of genres. Fantasy, Romance, Sci Fi, Paranormal, Mystery, The authors I like no one has heard of and its all new stuff.

@BiancaSkogenBeauty same here! Everyone is into so many new authors who write romantasy, which is a genre I've never read before. I love old, classic literature, though, and miss the critical book discussion-type videos of those older books. I'd totally watch any BookTubes you chose to upload though since we seem to have similar interests! 😊
