    I heard about this a couple months ago but was hesitant to pick one up. Glad I didn’t. Looks like a cool idea that was very poorly implemented. No Mac, no iOS, Android only? No thank you.

      The telescoping pole I have is the DX Commander 10m pole. It was leftover from when I had my Classic setup. I’m not sure about the exact dimensions, but the hitch mount has a 2-inch square opening. I had to sand down some of the plastic on the end of the DX Commander mast to make it fit properly.

      It’s still way cheaper than having to replace your radio because the pick n pluck foam fails to keep your radio protected.

    It’s good to see the size comparison between the three coils. The Rez is rated higher power and is likely more efficient. I’d be interested in seeing how the performance differs on 80 or 40 meters. Just about any well build vertical will be competitive on 20 and up.

    Try investing in a Jackery.... or for that matter just make one. A couple car batteries, inverter, charger; then later you can add in a connection for solar charging. Jus sayin" 🙂

    I’ve been down that road myself with a dead battery ….. I’ve learned to always carry my 30 watt portable solar panel when remote . Usually running at 20 watts on a 12 volt 20 Amph lithium battery . I usually bring my M1 Super Antenna setup .

      @@N1JUR I'm good with the WRC now, but it's nice to see all the newer options, especially with their construction. The WRC 217" whip is my go-to, paired with the Sporty Forty. I've got the Silber Bullet for 60m and 80m, but I don't use them enough to justify another coil...yet. Plus I have EFHW, OCFD, and EFRW option for lower bands if I'm going that route.
