What is it about Thailand and 7-11 We don't shop at 7-11 in the states I'm really sure we won't shop at the 7-11 there. 7-11 in the states is for gas and cigarettes maybe a qt of milk but thats it once they took out all the major brands of snacks and added there own I dont shop there any more I dont see 7-11 as a benefit.

Are pets not allowed period, or just not in the common areas? I was told the Riviera Jomtien was the only pet-friendly condo in Pattaya.

At first you may think great, looks nice but you will never get around the lack of space. IMO very nice place but very small to live. OK for a few days up to a week tops. After a week I would be looking for more square feet. IMO 45-50 square meters is the minimum size a flat should be. Do they have any bigger in this size?

My pensions comes on a USA debit card, and ATM fees are refunded. I always stock up on 6 months preps. I paid $1900 per month for everything when i left the deadly and expensive USA at 79 in 2021. I do not want a Mexican banl account for it would be hard for my American family to get my savings. Queretaro, but always be alert anywhere. Merida is too hot, and Acapulco had too many earthquakes. Over 60 years coming to Mexico, all USA states., and all over the world on my own dime, Allah u Akbar. God is great. RIP everyone around the world. Too expensive apartment , inside no fancy and the floors planned is all the room is too small and prices cost too much if compared to a town home in in hun hin beach , zing Mai , in Bangkok those town home, or singles condo is a lot cheaper and more fancy the floor plans is look very nices you should check out more before you buy thank you for sharing .

Been to Pattaya a few times but never went to Pateeya!

durians do have a strong smell but for locals growing up with them the smell is fantastic and it's the King of the fruits in that region. When I go to the West I never commented on how smelly the cheeses are even though it's true. You just feel like vomitting at times!

I live in Bangkok currently but thinking about moving down to Pattaya in the next couple of months, just to be closer to the water, so this video has been helpful. I moved up here from Oz in October last year. I like the Thai people and the calm and peacefulness that we experience here. I am not a bar or night club person but would prefer to be living near the water and Pattaya is a good alternative having visited there and Chon Buri a few times recently on business. Hopefully I will run into you guys when I move down, or the next time I am visiting Pattaya, and we can have a chat and a couple of cool drinks. Regards Ken
