Because that's exactly what 95% of you are. Con artists. How much is your cheapest house monthly, and then how much do you spend on taxes, upkeep, and repairs for it annually? If you're making more than 20% profit, congratulations, you're a scum bag. Being a landlord isn't a job, it is a privilege to provide affordable and stable housing for others, and the majority of that rent your tenants pay is so the house you own doesn't fall apart. Go pull 300 pounds of slag out of a 2800° furnace, AND manage properties. We can speak shortly after that.
