ya it feels clunky without attack speed, wish we could be like a juiced xandro blookdrinker and slam superfast. It also doesn't help that they removed the attack speed roll from flasks

hey friend! glad you're getting a lot of loot, I'm using filter blade's 'very strict' filter as a base and I just made changes to it as time went on, most rares I won't see at all since I'm not really interested in looting the bases but you totally can if you want since you can always recombinant :) If you're looting but there's too much loot, you can press 'z' twice on your keyboard to straighten the currency shards sometimes so it's easier to click the strategy is a good mid level strategy I think, harbingers themselves give a lot of loot strictly through currency (fractured orb shards, ancient orbs, annuls, and chaos) but you have to wait a long time for the harbingers themselves to spawn more monsters so even if you were to run the maps white, you would have to wait for the harbingers still. On the other hand, you can literally run these maps white and still make lots of currency. most of the loot comes from the harbingers so if you don't feel strong enough, you don't have to run 8 mod juiced maps at all. tip: if you're looking at scarab prices, go to faustus and check what the prices of people selling the scarabs are, not just what they are buying it for e.g If you put divines in the I HAVE section, and harbinger scarab of regency in the I WANT, you'll see the market ratio is 13:1 so you would think you should buy 13 regency's for 1 divine but if you switch the two inputs to I WANT divines and I HAVE harbinger scarab of regency you'll see most people are actually selling it 1 divine for 16 harbinger scarab of regency's so don't overpay! you can also check the trade site but getting a trade is annoying so it's up to you

hey! I took a look at your build and it looks pretty good, personally, I think you should try to use the jewel sockets that you're right next to since it's only 1 point and jewels are very powerful. Same with the skill nodes on your large cluster jewel/medium cluster jewel, lead by example and iron breaker are good nodes I see you picked up a 10% chance to impale node near the left side of the tree which I think you took by accident but if not then I think you can respec that point for the things above, also if you're respeccing this, connect your passive tree using the 2 nodes on the right of the endurance charge so you can get endurance charge duration. I noticed you have the chest giving your endurance charges every 14 seconds but if you don't have enough duration, then you wont have permanent endurance charges from the chest alone. if you only have 1 endurance charge duration node, then you'll need to get a higher tier roll, I think you'll need to bring it down to 11 seconds and if you have 2 duration nodes, then you only need to get a charge every 13 seconds some other things you can try are - use a stormshroud viridian jewel, you have an abyss jewel that gives you avoidance to shock which is good but if you get avoidance to shock on your boots as well, you can avoid all elemental ailments with stormshroud, boots, and the abyss jewel which will let you reroll your flasks for better suffixes - use a watchers eye, maybe attack speed with you have precision? I'm not really sure what would be best - remove the vanquisher node on the top which would save you 5 points by removing that wheel, you can also remove all the life and mana nodes on the right of that as well. If you're following carn's build you can also see his updated tree and he doesn't take it either. For mana, I would instead pick up cannabiistic rite which is only 2 points instead and you still pick up the mastery from there and with the extra points you can pick up more life from the devotion node which is under the endurance charge on the upper left side or even golem's blood from the bottom middle area near the endurance charge on the bottom - you can remove the node deep breaths as well as the nodes leading up to it after born to fight and instead pick up warcry cooldown using tattoos because you can get deep breaths on an annoint from your amulet, because lead by example would give you onslaught permanently from your auto warcries - unless you're playing in hardcore, I don't think you need to take the mastery where enemies killed from your hits are destroyed, you can save a point there as well - I think admonisher is a good node which I think you should pick up, its near the max elemental resistances on the bottom left area tl;dr you can: use jewel sockets, use cluster jewels, get ailment immunity so you can reroll better flasks, anoint a different passive to save more points to use on other passive nodes your build looks fine as it is but cluster jewels/jewels in general are really strong, you probably want to make use of them since from the POB I'm looking at right now, a lot of those nodes aren't allocated but I'm not sure if it's because I caught you with your pants down when yoinking your POB or some other reason. here's what I'm looking at pobb.in/2SBwkTBfRJ8J

Hi there, I think berserker is the better version of this build, I would say stick with berserker and what you can do to get the over leech is get a glorious vanity jewel on the bottom left of the tree which lets you take the notable immortal ambition which gives you back leech while at full hp so it's like you have slayer leech still :) edit: the conqueror would be ahuana to get immortal ambition

I took a look at your current POB at level 91 pobb.in/mjB3sqrQq7WI Here's an alternate POB that you can try out to see if it feels better and a list of changes I made: pobb.in/1hLDVC-d3ch7 - got rid of the 'loop' inside of your passive tree, you had an extra strength node - got rid of martial experience to save 4 points (on top of admonisher) - removed destroyer node (near master of the arena bottom middle of passive tree) - removed small life node near barbarianism - removed kinetic impacts (the leveling passives) - picked up some accuracy nodes next to admonisher - picked up cloth and chain node for some more resistance and armour - picked up max endurance charge node and the jewel socket near it So for the most part I think your POB only had minor issues like with the loop and I could see that you were already going for the endurance charge already which is good but you also had a few leveling skill points like kinetic impact still there so in this updated POB we got rid of those and used the points better The 2 accuracy nodes are so that you can upgrade you gear with some life without having to worry about the accuracy requirement to be above your life. The cloth and chain is so that it's easier on your resistance since you still need to allocate prismatic skin for more max resistance For more survivability, change your jewels to have life and damage since currently it has no life. The new jewel socket should also be the same with life and damage :) As for your mana problems, it looks like you haven't taken the life mastery that makes skills use 15% of their mana cost as life so whenever you can, you should try that, you could also not take the jewel socket near the max endurance charge to pick that mastery up you should also maybe reconsider your cast when damage taken + molten shell setup because it requires you to take ~2000 damage before it auto casts, I think it's probably not casting very often because of this so you can try to lower the level. I think I'm using a level 3 cast when damage taken and level 8 molten shell but in the end it's up to you So with the passive tree changes, your hp, phys max hit and all your elemental max hits should go up which should hopefully let you level enough to pick up everything else that you need. If you're worried about damage, i really don't think you'll have any issues since you're using an echoes of creation, just make sure your endurance charges are always up! later on you can even try to go for a cluster jewel setup to get more stuff but for now hopefully these changes can help out and you can get some better gear soon, many pieces of your gear just have no life at all so try to focus on changing those first Hope this helps

@carlshelie yeah I think it's possible to add in spell suppression but the gear requirements become insane, take a look at Alkaizer's gear if you want to see what you'd need for 100% spell suppress. It's easier for slayers because we have access to the right** side of the tree but you'll have to make some pretty big changes. I'm not exactly the best person to tell you how to make it work but I think it's possible

Hey a bit late but yea, I feel baited at first too. What I did was save a lot of currency and switch to using a good mace with the power rune enchant (Gain 30-50% of weapon damage as extra damage of each element - it really is powerful), take fortification passive from mace&staff large cluster jewels, and drop brutality for ruthless. Also, buy a good Lethal Pride timesless jewel for more %increased life or maximum fortification. Later on, you can also save and swap to using Stranglegasp instead of using Replica Hinekora's Sight for more toughness and Echoes of Creation instead of a rare helm for more damage. I managed to reach about 50mil dps (banner planted) without having to invest in crits

@@Isabells-z5e Slayer is tankier thanks to more leech and reduced damage taken while leeching. But if you want a big upgrade in terms of tankiness, I'd suggest you to respec into Chieftain

Hey sorry it took so long to respond, I kept having to double check stuff and I may have made some mistakes along the way in the POB but bear with me This is your setup I am looking at pobb.in/7CEoNobxzy05 I added a custom modifier to add 20 all resistances because I think it wasn't accounting for your ancestral warcry's elemental resistance Tree changes - Looking at your current set up, it looks like with all your flasks and endurance charges up, you have the following: - 17k phys max hit - 1.1k life leech - 350 life regen - 38k armour - 3050 max life You have GIGA damage and are running an echoes of creation setup so I would personally try to put passive points into some more defenses. Here is the tree I think you can try to be tankier without making too many changes to your gear and gem setup Here is a list of changes that you can take a look at yourself and a POB that you can try to follow for a level 90 slayer pobb.in/VZ_rEw8y0rsS - Got rid of the 1 lonely point at the beginning of duelist starter node - Removed cluster jewel setup on top left - Removed Martial Experience wheel (damage wheel near the middle) - Changed Spirit of War (mana wheel in the middle) to instead use Cannibalistic Rite (mana wheel on the left) From what I understand, you reach max leech rate from the big leech node at the bottom right so you don't need to take more mana/life leech nodes, I think cannibalistic rite is better because instead of leech, you can use some HP to use your skills. - Changed warcry mastery from 'recover 15% of life when you warcry' to 'remove all damaging ailments when you warcry' - Changed rage mastery to warcries grant 1 rage instead of 7 max rage-- you don't need to do this but unless your rage is 100% uptime, i would take this - Got rid of 2 nodes near the 'juggernaut node'. A strength node and one that gives armour and 4% life to save 2 points - Got rid of the basic jewel socket giving you accuracy near the middle - Picked up a +1 max endurance charge and the jewel socket near it(i placed a simple %max life jewel in, you can but something with life and damage) - allocated the 3 accuracy nodes next to Admonisher to get enough accuracy to use precise technique - Removed Admonisher nodes, you have urgent orders skill gem so it shouldn't feel too bad, we can try to add it back later - Picked up life node Devotion - Picked up life node Thick skin - Picked up fortify mastery With the new tree setup we now have - 20.4k phys max hit - 1250 life leech - 500 life regen - 31.5k armour - 3600 max life Notes - you currently do not have enough accuracy to maintain precise technique so you're missing out on 40% damage multiplicatively which is pretty big, so the general idea is to fix your accuracy to get more damage, and then we have leeway to remove a lot of damage nodes to pick up defensive ones. The biggest issue you have is that your life total is too low, a monster can hit you and you'll probably be stunned -- and if you're stunned you're not attacking and if you're not attacking you're probably dead unless you play super safe Ideally you need to have more life on tree because it's currently too low, here's a higher level tree that hopefully you can get to by making those changes in the previous tree pobb.in/c0ejVXY4kpjO In this updated tree, we get Nomadic Teachings which gives us more max elemental resistances Other changes - Here are some other changes I think you can do but are not as easy to commit to. I would drop herald of purity, you have so much damage already and it's probably one of the reasons you pick up the mana reservation mastery, if you drop it, you can get more life You're capping your resistances using ancestral cry, which is fine but you should be aware that it doesn't actually exert ground slam, it only exerts melee 'strike' skills and ground slam does not have the strike tag if you hover the gem. Heavy strike is an example of a strike skill since you're capping using ancestral cry, if you ever get hit with exposure or scorch, you will no longer be max elemental resistance which can kill you easily. Getting more resistance on gear would help that you life totals on your gear are a bit on the low side, your body armour gives 44 life, boots give 34 life, one of your rings don't give life at all and your belt also has no life. Gear is expensive though so I understand, take your time I think you can slowly make upgrades in these areas. I would personally just keep the accuracy passive nodes forever to make gearing easier so you dont need to get accuracy on gear and can focus on life and resistances, and on your body armour you can get phys damage reduction your amulet could be replica hinekora's sight that gives armour, accuracy and max resistance if you drop the herald of purity but you would need more resistance on gear since this gives +10 all resistance I would not use writhing jar, you're better off using a life flask with bleed immunity. For bosses I think its perfectly fine to bring it in so you can get the killed recently buff but for mapping you're usually always killing so you don't need that you have a cast when damage taken set up linked with molten shell but you leveled both up so it isn't being as useful as it can be. Whenever you level up cast when damage taken, the damage threshold goes up, which means it'll only cast molten shell when you take more damage, right now at level 18, you need to take 2874 damage before it even casts molten shell, with your current pob, you have 3050 life so it really only casts if monsters hit you to like 200 hp, but chances are they are probably 1 shotting you instead of that. Buy new gems from lily roth and get cast when damage taken to like level 2 and molten shell to level 8 or whatever other level you think is appropriate but not too high level. At level 2, cast when damage taken requires you to take 583 damage so it will cast molten shell a lot more often, which will save you :) you can RIGHT click the gem level notification on the side to stop it from notifying you about the level up. Make sure not to over level them! I may have made some mistakes but let me know if you have any questions on why I did certain changes and I can clear them up. Remember this isn't the only way to go about making your character better but hopefully you can follow along and it'll feel a bit better :)

Hey there, in carn's pob, if you click on the 'notes' section you will see how to progress the gear for each different piece. I am sort of in the same boat as you and trying to understand how to get the end game gear as well though since not all his sections will hold your hand I can't go through every piece because I am still trying to understand it as well but I can give you an example for what I am trying to do to get the end game chest piece. Keep in mind this might not be the best way to make it Starting with an ilevel 86 Royal plate, I would 1. Spam the harvest craft reforge with defense modifier until I hit T1 life as well as at least 1 other high defense modifier ( if you fill out all prefixes with decent lines you can skip to step 3) --> At this point we should have an item with minimum 2 prefixes (the life and defense line) 2. If there is an open suffix and prefix, then exalt slam and hope that we get a nice defense line prefix, if it doesn't hit then start over again, otherwise go to step 3 3. Now we have an item with all its prefixes done, so we craft 'prefixes cannot be changed' and then use the harvest craft 'reforge with physical modifier'. Since there are no open prefixes left, the only suffix we can hit with the physical modifier is `% Additional Physical Damage Reduction` 4. If you have more suffixes you can craft `prefixes cannot be changed` and try to use a Veiled Orb to get rid of your crafted modifier (50/50 probability) and hope you get something useful and then finish it with some other crafted suffix, or if you're like me and don't want to take that 50/50 risk. just craft some resistance and call it a day for now :) Also keep in mind for the chest, if you somehow roll 3 defense prefixes, you can use a passive point to take the life mastery that gives you 15% life if your chest doesn't have life In general, that's probably how I'll make all the pieces of gear, try to either get the prefixes or suffixes done and then start crafting it to get the other half. It might cost a lot of divines but if I find another way I'll let you know. Other than that I'm not really sure

Hard to say without knowing what you have but in general, keep your endurance charges up at all times, roll your flasks (flasks are op) as well as make sure all your elemental resistance + chaos resistance are capped. Elemental resistances you probably want to overcap by a little because monsters can lower your resistances. If you haven't already you can use some eldritch currency to roll for some defensive lines on your chest and helmet. I went with '% physical damage from hits taken as fire damage' but you can make do with anything that sounds good like extra max resistance (you can look at craftofexile to see what mods you can get). From what I understand the defensive layers this build has are its strong leech, armour, and endurance charges. It might also be that you're running maps that have modifiers that are too crazy, I know I avoid mods where you can't leech from monsters or have less recovery and anytime I see monsters gain % physical damage as chaos, I know that would kill me instantly because I still don't have my chaos resistance maxed. I might be forgetting something but if you have all these, then I'm not really sure what else you can do other than get more stats on gear or deal more damage to kill them before they kill you. Worst case, at least you have the strongest defensive layer of all time, 6 portals. GL

I started in beast league and usually play minion builds because I'm not good but have been trying to casually get better while playing new leagues. I have seen some low budget builds but they didn't appeal to me as much and I don't normally play more than 1 character since I hate the campaign.

rain of arrows has been a mapping build for along time. it's not 100% viable of a skill for bossing and super juiced mapping without a HH but it's still a mapping skill nonetheless.
