I Play and Workout to Basketball as a tool to escape 4 a bit u know.Then when my wrist watch beeps the 1hour and 20 the last 20 is usually a one one 1 with of my past away teammates that part of the workout is the most intense but fun.That is one of the reasons i still use Basketball as a workout.
