It'd be great, sure, but it will be hard to replace his voice actor. Ray Liotta had a very distinct and iconic voice. He pretty much carried Tommt Vercetti as a character. The shortcut where you jump down the hill, you can turn even earlier without doing the double turn. Just turn hard right and stay close to the second road sign
