No estás trabajando conforme a las normas de seguridad. Los bloqueos manuales no pueden ir asegurados con tuercas nylock de la forma en la que lo haces, el o-ring no hace sello, debe sobresalir minimamente 3 hilos de rosca por encima de la tuerca. Puede haber liberación de torque y la tuerca nylock junto con el bloqueo manual podrían caer a contrapozo.
